I came in to return an item I’d purchased online and it was a super easy transaction. Of course I hit the racks after making my return and spent that money. They have a ton of Free People which I’m a fan of.
Went today. Employees greeted me throughout the store. Reminds me of a typical dept. store, but with lower prices (like Kohl's). LOTS of designer bags. Hoped to find more summer clothing, but it's October, so I wasn't disappointed. Welcome to Memphis, and thanks for giving us a chance!
I got these snake skin boots at Nordstrom tonight for ONE CENT. The price said 100 % savings. 179.00 price 00.01. We asked, they checked. It was a mistake. They were full price. Then the manager said they were 1 cent because we brought it to their attention so they could check the other shoes for this mistake. So nice of them. We really were not expecting them to let us have them for 1 cent. Honesty pays.
Nice enough store, but I thought I was gonna be seeing some affordable prices. Lord knows what I would think if I went into an actual regular Nordstrom. I found a couple things I liked there, but I swear they we're double or triple what I wanted to pay for them. ...I guess my friends are right..I'm super cheap. But who are these people that pay $45 for a damn t-shirt?
Mrs. Sherry p. assisted us today! She was so helpful and professional! She took her time to help my husband find the perfect pair of sunglasses and we left very satisfied with our service. We will definitely be back just because of her sweet attitude.
Was repeatedly told I would be given the sales price even though the store did not properly mark their physical inventory. They honored their lower priced items like socks, but not items like suits. They said it was easy to call the number, visit the web site, etc. for support but it keeps going back to the store. So much time and money wasted. Will not give them any more of my business.

Came in the store today for some retail therapy just to get to the counter and be fat shamed by employee Tiariana. Told me I had “big arms that looked like I know how to cook.” I had knee jerk responses but continued to check out because I didn’t want to blow up on her considering I’m already going through so much. So rude, so nasty, unprofessional and unnecessary. I’m a nurse and see so many people that are hanging on by a thread and then you have uncouth poorly trained employees who say offensive things to people. Sad.
JANUARY 14, 2024. While I understand the world is changing. The dressing room, the change room, whatever is correct, allows men and women in the same rooms. I wanted to try on dressing, but I felt out of place because it was a 6'3 feet man in the same dressing room. I tried a dress on with my t-shirt and pants on before I felt uncomfortable and overwhelmed. Somethings are just too much, I felt if I was going to change clothes in this same area as a man, maybe there should've been some kind of introduction. I feel like this will lead to having adult relations in the dressing rooms at some point because someone will be bold enough. I am so disappointed and put off by this situation, I just didn't feel comfortable. I can not understand what sense this makes. This Nordstrom Rack LOST a CUSTOMER!!!! This is poor management. I felt unsafe.
This is only my second time at this location and I must say I thought it was improved from my first visit. I thought I got great deals on some clearance items. They carry men's and women's clothes and shoes. I did see some jewelry also. They seem to be a little understaffed but I didn't have to wait long when checking out. If it's very busy that might be a longer wait.
