This store is a mediocre store.. they might have some good stuff every now and again. It’s always dirty in the store, the customer service is horrible! You have to watch out when you purchase the shoes I’ve been noticing a lot of switching old shoes for new ones leaving the old crusty dusty ones for us to buy! It’s disgusting!
Purchased 5 Fedoras...all different colors
I love visiting this location. They may need more variety in mens clothes, but the obvious demographic shopper is female.
Outdated store for a norstrom rack. They didnt have many clothes that were XL. Also didnt have a good selection of dresses. The plus was that they have an amazing selection of shoes, especially women shoes 9 1/2 to size 11. Great selection of mens shoes as well.
This store is surrounded by so many other commercial places like Macy’s, Ulta, DSW shoe, many restaurants. It is in a shopping complex which is a good thing. Staff are courteous and never crowded, no struggle to park, plenty of space to park. The store is good but they have a very few brands or varieties. For an example, Prada, Ray Ban, Michelle watches these are not available. I have been to the store several times for a sunglass purchase but I could not locate branded ones. Could not find tons of sales stuff either. That’s the negative but everything else is good.
I worked in the retail service and for years was told how fabulous the the staff are at Nordstrom. When they opened the store here I couldn't wait. I was not impressed with the staff or service. There were groups gathered and talking between themselves. I even spoke to one employee and she didn't stop her conversation to answer me. If employees are not doing their jobs right there are two reasons. 1. Lack of supervision 2. Lack of proper training
Friendly, courteous in and out. High fashion though I bit Urban. I wish there for more cases jewelry and less watches. Shoes are a favorite with my wearing a size 5 in women.
Money Savers! Nordstrom Rack App is a GREAT resource for those of us that are not in the Dallas area and have only outlets malls to save the most money. I’ll give one example with Cole Haan Grand Crosscourt Premier men’s sneakers. Cole Haan Outlets of Little Rock $129.99 Nordstrom Rack APP $99.97
Very excited to see this in Memphis and hope with how well it is doing that more stores will take a chance on Memphis! Great selection of clothes. Really loved the shoe selection. You never see the same thing twice...
Had enough things to fill up a 2 story building... My gosh, that place was loaded with all sorts of merchandise, I mean you name it, they had it. There mens clothing department was a bit too pricey in my estimation. Marshalls & Nordstrom are similar, of course, there was noticeable difference.
