Placed online order for a few things for my son. I chose PickUp instead of shipping to my address. I placed the order on 7/31 which is a Wednesday. I called to check on the order Friday because I hadn't heard anything about the status in email or phone call or text. The young lady said it's not ready to call back on Sunday. I did and they said it's not ready but not giving me any information about estimated arrival time or anything, no email since I purchased on 7/31 I said ok can I cancel? I was told I have to do that online smfh, I called to cancel due to the order taking so long. They told me it's coming in 2 different packages from 2 different states... ok cool. But why haven't I gotten any updates on my order and why can't y'all cancel online or in-store??? If I wanted to wait 1-2 weeks to have item's shipped, then I would've had them shipped to my home. If I wouldn't have called them the definitely weren't calling me and I could get the items on Friday at the latest. Never again! Beware of the bullspit!!!
I enjoyed my shopping at Nordstrom Rack although I can't say it was outstanding. The store was neat and fully stocked with name brand items. The prices were lower than Nordstrom's, but I didn't come upon any great deals here. In fact, I spotted several items that I saw at Marshall's a few days earlier for lower prices. One is sure to find a good selection of clothing and I'll admit, when I'm looking for an outfit for an occasion, I'm more concerned with a good selection than price.
First time in this store. Found great clothes at good prices. Had a misunderstanding at check-out. I emailed the store, and the store manager contacted me the same day. She told me to come in and ask for her. I went back, and Darlisa Fletcher made everything correct. She was very kind. I will go back!
Good selection and layout, but an iffy staff. At 4 in the afternoon I waited in a line 5 people deep for the one cashier who seemed to be dealing with a difficult return. 4 other employees came by the checkouts during this time but didn't help anyone. When I was checked out the cashier dropped the sunglasses I was buying on the ground and acted like nothing happened until I asked to look at them and make sure they weren't damaged... Not great.

Kind of disappointed in the offerings of this NRack. While they had good deals, they didn't have anything available that wasn't on their app - a completely different experience than the Dallas NRack! The men's clothing section is small and pretty disorganized, making it hard to find sizes. However, the shoe section is on point! Check out the shoes for the best deals!

I never really go into Nordstrom Rack with an agenda or looking for anything in particular but I always end up finding something that I want to take home. I love their shoes, purse and jewelry selections. I've been seeing the alphabet necklaces around and found my initial while I was there. It's so cute! I'm not a huge fan of the style of clothes but every now and then, I'll find a gem.
Shopping is easy. The store is set-up and it is easy to shop. Store as bright and clean.
