One of my sons has lived there on two occasions. Definitely a lively community. IMHO, the facilities need a major renovation.
Formerly known as The Ark Co-op, this is an Austin institution. Several generations of UT students have called this place home. Pool in the courtyard! In the past it was clothing-optional, don't know if it is today.
Hmm weird they would delete my review. Seems like they're mass reporting, trying to cover up the many issues here like underpowered HVAC and crazy noise
