Have not been by the restaurant. They catered to our office. It was really good for a mass production like that. When we order in from other places you can tell some of those sandwiches have been sitting for a while. These were fresh and really good. Chocolate chip cookies were amazing!
My first time using the app and it worked great. Our sandwiches arrived in record time. I went out to meet the driver because our street is dark and it’s hard to find our place. He was incredibly nice and friendly. Our food was delicious!! We will definitely be ordering again. We both got sandwiches. Next time we will share a pickle. Those things are gigantic!
Everyone was very nice. We talked with Hope, Tony, Greg, Kristy and Rebecca. Very friendly crew. We have visited several locations, this one was our favorite.

This used to be a favorite for me! But recently I placed an online order and delivery time was estimated at 1 hour. I understand that cause it was the lunch rush. However my meal showed up 2 hours and 5 min. after I placed the order!! I can understand missing the delivery window by 10-20 min, but I was less than 2 miles from the location and traffic does not cause more than an hour delay! I called to complain to the store manager and they took my name and told me I would get a call back. I still have not heard from Devin (the manager) and this occurred 2 weeks ago. My food was cold and no one seemed to care that it took double the delivery time. Not to mention the people that I did speak to on the phone were extremely rude! This used to be a place I ordered from almost weekly because I loved their sandwiches. I will no longer order from here due to their lack of customer service or following through when they say that return phone calls will be made. Very disappointed with how this situation turned out and how they simply do not care that they lost a very loyal customer.
I'm going to leave a three star instead of one. I know all people mess up. It's fine. But when you make a sandwich that involves two or more people, and then forget the whole main ingredient of the sandwich it's comical. So no hard feelings. Lay off the smoke.
I ordered online and the food arrived within the hour that I ordered. The salad was made with all fresh ingredients (so delicious that I really did not need a salad dressing - but I did order ranch and it too was superb). The Turkey Bacon sandwich was fine. I was not all that impressed with it because I had asked for extra tomato, and extra onion on this sandwich and this had not been done. The broccoli cheddar soup was excellent - the ingredients tasted fresh and the bread that came along with it was fresh and even toasted. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was fresh, warmed, and highly enjoyable. Overall, I will most likely encourage others to order with Pickleman's Gourmet Café (Westport) and I will do so again as well. I just may not order a sandwich next time.

BUSINESS LUNCHES! What a great place to order meals for a business luncheon. They are affordable, fast and the food is pretty good. But watch out for the cookies! The cookies are addictive and wonderful. They are better than the cookie shop next door to them. This is an amazing location, they go above and beyond.
