I sent an email asking for my payment to be refunded because the tests were not delivered. Not even an automated “email received “. I will be waiting for my refund and will continue commenting until I get it.
I wish I could give this 0 stars I’ll make this short they basically robbed me .. I ordered in July and have received no updates.. tried contacting can’t get ahold of anybody .. tried emailing nothing … straight up scam

Should have looked at reviews. Horrible customer service. Filed complaint with PayPal and ironically received a shipping timeline within an hour. Company never replied to my message. I will not do business with this company again.
My first experience ever was a great one, Doubted it at first but a trial convinced me, The kits were very durable and high quality, And the test result was very reliable and I also got the results within minutes Kudos to pinnacle biolabs for that The kits are also well packaged and look admiring I think this company needs a six star (if there is) Already introduced my friend and family to this Great product Hoping to get more of this in the future I wasn't paid to say all this It's just an honest review from a well satisfied consumer
Scam. Took my money, never shipped. No response to emails. Do not order!
We did not receive our order, as well. It seems to be a trend looking at other reviews. Emails went unanswered and when I called, they stated, "it has left our warehouse and you will need to contact the post office." I asked for a tracking number and they said that they could not provide one. We will see if I am able to get a refund. I would avoid this company.
Would give zero stars. Never sent item. Never sent shipping info. Charged my card. Called 4 times and get transferred to Charles voicemail. Girl who answers says she cant give refund or answer any questions about shipping bc Charles handles all of that.But he never calls back been almost 4 weeks. Terrible customer service. Wish I saw all the bad reviews before order.
