I received the test very quickly and fast .the test was intact and worked as it should be .there were instructions included with the test that gave me detailed directions to properly complete it with no problems. I had results within two minutes. therefore I gave it 5 stars
I’ve emailed several times & no response, when I have called the 800 number it goes straight to VM & no call back, I will be calling the better business bureau next. It’s sad that this company that does business with tests that could save human life, really only cares about the money & NOT customer service! DO NOT DO BUSINESS With this company!!! Since they didn’t cancel, it was delivered and when I received it, the box was opened. DO NOT BUY
This is undisputably the easiest cancer screening test. It's quite easy to follow test directions and carry out the whole process in my house. It's also relieving that results appear within minutes. I'm glad to learn that I'm free from colon polyps.
Only a few brands can compare to this brand and it's mode of operation. I've tried this brand and I can testify that it's the best and most trusted. To me, being effective is everything and Pinnacle Biolabs has proved it's self as a top notch and effective brand that one can trust. Thier test is very good and really improved. I think it's proper to say this brand has done it's due diligence and had proven itself to be the best brand for testing. I've told many people which includes friends, family and associates about this brand and they have also come to the conclusion that this brand is the best. I've used many other brands over the years and none compares to it. This brand has changed lives and Also changed lives. I recommend this brand for the best services to everyone and anyone that wants to do proper testing and wants to make health Thier priority. Thier customer service replies quickly and most times they provide the best solution. I think it's safe to say that this brand is a great solution provider which is much needed in the test sector and health sector in general.
Same issues many others had. No shipping label included in the kit. And after they sent me the label… I sent the blood sample back. That was in March and that was it!!. No results of my PSA no response after several emails. Complained to the BBB, even they did not get a response from them. I would say they are scammers.
Very dishonest and unprofessional staff. I ordered a kit and it came missing an item. I contacted Charlie the owner several times by phone and by email and he never call or email back. I hope it was worth it losing a customer over a 5$ item. Charlie I got one word for you: Karma

Trust me from Good Product delivery to Nice Product packaging to Easy instructions, Perfect price to Accurate results What!!! I'm recommending this asap, ain't wasting time on that. I received the test fairly quickly. The product was very well packaged along with very easy to understand directions for the application. Id recommend this company any day. The results were easy to read and the test was beyond proffessional.
This is the best usage of product I've ever seen.. It is effective, clear, simple, transparent, easy, stress free, straight and lots more.. The list is endless..I was very much comfortable with the effects ,as it occurred like I was familiar with the product beforehand, whereas it was my first time. I condemn this company. I paid for a psa test and for expidited shipping. My test did not get to me in the time paid for. And then, they jyst never gave me my test results. They never replied to my messages and blew me off when i called. I even made a better business bureau complaint and they never even responded to the bbb. And they offer services were people's lives are at stake...
