CAREFUL!! before you purchase from this company look at their facebook and BBB profile. You see bad comments about making purchases and not getting answers back. I think the good reviews are fake because this seems to be a one man business. The phone number is a 3rd party and they only have one contacts, Charlie Balentine, and they have been trying to get him on the phone for more than a month!!!! I bought the food sensibility test for 200 dls, the mailed the kit and I sent it back for my results and I never got an answer!!!! After I sent it back (with tracking/delivery confirmation) they never replied back to my emails or called me back. The phone company doesnt know where the actual lab is... it probably doesn't even exist!
Apparently they moved this from public display. So here it is agsinI would give them less, if possible. I ordered a test. Was told out of stock and I have waited months for a refund. Have appealed to credit card company and state consumer agency. No refund. Also, 5 calls and four emails.
In my household, we don't like seeking any medical attention whatsoever, unfortunately colon cancer runs in the family leaving us at risk. I'm extremely happy to have run across Pinnacle BioLabs, who offer the #1 selling home test! How cool?! There's no colon prep, it is used by Doctors and Labs and there is no diet or medicine restrictions leading up to you taking the test, as with Medical Providers would. It's quick, results as soon as 4 minutes and the instructions are very easy to read ans follow. If you're thinking you may be at risk, I completely recommend 10/10!
ordered 1 item on 7/20/2021 it's currently 7/28/2021 I paid extra for expedited shipping. I emailed twice about the status of the order and have not received a response back. and judging by the others its not looking too good for me. hoping to get a response back. Update: after an hour a company agent called me to confirm that "my package" got lost on the way to me. strangely I received an email that the item I purchased was for laboratory uses only and was refunded then updated that another purchase was made for the same item and received it days later so thanks?
Good product BUT two years running I ordered and paid for two test kits and received one. The first year I figured a mistake happens. Second time seems to be consistent practice?? Despite a number of times reaching out to customer service have had no reply? Answered a request from BioLabs for feedback and when entered "Bad" was redirected to another area for feedback which I provided. Again no reply? If I had received a reply or what I had ordered the rating would be 5. Received note re: order number but where do I send this to? SUBSEQUENT to the above post was contacted by biolabs asking for more details and two test kits were sent out. So that would move the rating up to a 4 but would have been a 5 if the order had been corrected originally. Will order again
FOOD SENSITIVITY TEST IS A SCAM! We have ordered the food sensitive test twice, the 2nd time by mistake as I didn't realize that it was the same company that my wife had already tried. Both times, we never received the results. Calling the company made no difference, we still never got results. I ended up disputing the charge with the credit card company. I also ordered the PSA test and did get a result. Don't order the Food Test!
Had a minor issue with shipping. It was resolved quickly and professionally via their Facebook messaging system. I received my item timely and they even went above and beyond to make me happy. Standard free shipping is 7 - 10 days. So, if you are wanting it quickly you should pay for the priority shipping.
Comment from BBB: The company address listed in this file is a virtual office and a mail box service, not a physical location for the company. The company was registered with the Indiana Secretary of State Corporations Division and the address listed there was a residential address. However the Indiana registration is now inactive and BBB can find no registration at the Secretary of State Corporations for this company. BBB has been unable to obtain a physical location for the company. ≠============== Terrible service. Ordered a product, they charged my card but did not ship. Girls on the phone will not progress any work to resolve the issue or refund my purchase price. They insist that refunds must be progressed by a fictitious person called "Charlie" or "Charles". He refuses to answer emails or voicemails. To date payment taken but no product shipped. Suggest that this company is a scam/sham organization and that any potential customer avoid them entirely. Do not attempt to purchase anything from these people. The positive reviews are likely as dubious as their overall business model.
I've always had good service until my last order. I ordered 2 kits for the discount. I only got 1 kit. I contacted customer service numerous times and could never get a 2nd test kit or a refund. I felt the company dropped the ball on customer service. I no doubt will order from a different company in the future.
ordered some home test kits and they sent wrong kit. Now they won't respond to email, and the customer service phone number listed on their website is no longer in service. $100 essentially stolen. Time for the state AG's office and BBB to get involved. Beware this scam.
