I was sent the Second Generation Fit to check for colorectal Cancer, Diverticulitis, Colitis, or Colon Polyps. This test was very easy to use comes with everything you need to do the test only had to wait for about four minutes for results came back negative for all. This is one of the best test out there
By luck, I stumbled across this lab website some months back and I decided to give them a trial by ordering for a kit. I contacted them by placing a call to the customer service representative of Pinnacle Biolabs and he answered all my questions in a well detailed way. He sounded nice and he was really helpful. I like companies like this.
I don't want to give this company even 1 star, but have to in order to post here. I'm still waiting for my PSA blood test package after 10 days. Emailed the company to request a ship date, they have not responded. WilI report this to the AG of NJ and also report to the BBB and dispute CC charges via AMEX. If you (Pinnacle Biolabs) intend to do web business you need better customer service, that is unless this is just a scam outfit to begin with.
I see a lot of good reviews, and it will be bad if i don't share my experience with Pinnacle BioLabs home colon cancer testing kit . I am 100% happy the test was super easy to take, takes only a few minutes and user friendly.
I read an article in the New York Times about FIT tests and how they were statistically as effective as colonoscopies. I asked my doctor about it, and she had no information on where to get the low cost test described in the article. Did some research and found Pinnacle BioLabs. I ordered a test for a very reasonable price and was reimbursed by my FSA administrator. Before I could use it, my son used it! So I ordered the double pack for a few dollars more and took the test. It was positive, so now I've had to schedule a colonoscopy anyway, but I feel a lot better about having to do so now since there's a compelling reason. Really fantastic health monitoring tool at a very reasonable and accessible cost for anyone.
HORRIBLE !!! The worst experience ever. I ordered a PSA test I completed the test and mailed it in. 6 weeks later still no response, I can't begin the to tell you how many times I called and left messages with no return. Very poor customer service. So they just stole $30.00 of my hard earned money. Please stay away from these people.
