Heard good things about this place, and needed to get rid of some old clothes... very honestly I would rather have just donated them. I brought in two bins of clothes and it took them an hour and a half to go through them (after being told it would take 20 mins), and when I asked why it was taking so long they stopped looking through my clothes completely. They offered me $20 for a just few items after all that time. Very inattentive staff, it was not busy but they were just standing around and talking instead of doing their job. Needless to say I will not be back.

I did not buy anything, I was in a rush and was taking a look on the sneakers. I did not like the idea of having them not organized by size. That's all!!!

I went to this store with clothing and shoes to sell at this location. My things are in great condition some never worn with tags and they wouldn’t take any of it stating that all of it had stains and they couldn’t buy it. Everything looked how it did when I took it in so it seems they didn’t bother to even look at it.

Staff is extremely rude. I get passing items, but today 9/26 when I went at 11:30 AM the worker asked her other coworker why she passed on my items and the lady had AirPods in and was on her phone and literally just looked up and said “stains” and went back to texting. I understand passing on items however, I’ve been told before differently in a very nice way. You can say “wear and tear” or anything to make it sound a little nicer.

As someone who managed a PC in another state, this place needs a lot of work. Prices were fair but items I brought in were passed on for "not teen styles" despite being brands such as Forever 21 and H&M. Customer service was okay, but honestly the staff looked miserable, overall energy of this place was a drag. This "bin" policy is extra and unnecessary. I'm not going to buy a whole bin just to take the remaining items (that I have to pile back into the bag myself after selling) at a donation center. People selling you their items that keep you in business deserve to be met halfway. Only PC I've ever heard of such a nonsense policy. This location is out of my way compared to others and I would've made the trip again in the future if not for those things. Take the extra miles to Cedar Hill.

I would've rated this establishment higher but they have taken it too far with their prices. I used to love coming here. These are USED clothes and shoes. There should be a price drop as soon as you take it home from the store just like when you purchase a car lol. The value decreases as soon as it leaves the lot!! Just giving my honest experience.

They definitely have ppl there that don’t know what’s in style. They offered me $6 out of several items that looked way better than what they even had on display!! Even named branded shoes smh don’t waste your time here. They probably wouldn’t even accept brand new clothes if you brought it to them. Do better!

This shop really caters to young people. They have a good selection of lightly used clothing & shoes as well as purses & earrings. They also will pay customers for bringing gently used clothing in.

The store was near and clean. My first time there. It was hard to shop without buggies. They give you a laundry basket for your stuff and that hard to carry around and then u have to set it down if u want to look at things. I'm 72 and I had to leave because I gave out. Will not go back unless I can figure out a better way to carry stuff without using the laundry basket. That's my only issue.

Had my whole day wasted, please don’t bother with this location. On Monday the 7th, I dropped off one single basket and was told the wait would be around 3-4 hours and not even after a whole hour I get a message saying my order was done, I was confused about the wait but it was okay, I came back around 6pm (3/4 hours after dropping it off) and to my surprise, from a basket full of new brand name clothes, some barely even used, they bought one item that was on top and as I’m looking at the basket I realize they didn’t even go through it, it was just as I had turned it in. If yall aren’t even going to attempt, don’t waste people’s times, just have a cut off point and refuse baskets.
