I can see that my review was removed because I spoke the truth. So I’m going to rephrase it this time, but this time I will screenshot. I took some items there today…not really expecting a lot of cash but, more than what they offered. I was told they picked items based on what young adults are wearing or styles that are trending at the time. Most of my items had tags on them the items they chose to keep was a black patent leather top and pants set and a fake leather skirt they offer me nine dollars and some change?? Would have felt better if my other items were at least were looked at…not sure how their choosing method is but I can say this place does not check all your items. I had things they hadn’t even opened to look at in my bag, if they did I want to know what it was that they saw. What I saw on the rack were not styles for young adults or styles that are trending (not describing the details of the condition of the items that’s probably what got my comment removed earlier) I feel they pick and choose what they want and who they want to help, again just my opinion, just giving my review I gave two stars because the young ladies in the facility were respectful. I drove here because I made a phone call and talk to a young lady because I was telling her about their location in Cedar Hill, about them showing me a list of the things they only are taking, She went on telling me about it was under new ownership and they do things differently in Cedar Hill than they do in Arlington She also told me she couldn’t tell me over the phone about my items because she couldn’t see them but stated they have a list also but they’re all seasonal and they collect clothes for all year, and I had a good chance they would take my items, I wouldn’t have made the trip all the way over there if I was just going to be treated with discrimination, yep!! I said it! they don’t cater to blacks!!! Unless you’re a long time familiar customer or just want to give away your things then I recommend

This is the absolute WORST location to even think about selling anything to. I’ve went maybe 2-3 times in the 5 years I’ve been in Texas and they haven’t brought anything. I don’t even wear my clothes and shoes enough to be “old” because I’m mostly working majority of the time. The ONLY time they wanted to take something was a brand new pair or DS dunks that were too big for me and they only wanted to give me $25 but would sale them for $125. I think TF not !!! I truly believe that they only will buy if my skin color was different. Horrible customer service over all !!!!! Mission Arlington here I come I prefer to give to them anyway.

Worst experience at both this location and the one at Hulan St. they are way over priced. Customer service in nonexistent. I found bags selling for $200 that are brand new at Michael Kors $127. I approached the manager about it, thinking maybe she’ll say OMG let me check that out and maybe adjust it for you. Instead i got yeah we’ll look into it. In addition all of the bags here are hung from cable wire. The problem with this is that it destroys the handles . Now if you’re going too charge more than the manufacture stores shouldn’t your bags be in as good as shape or better than there’s? I am an influencer, reseller and live show host. I travel the country every week and i buy from Plato’s everywhere i go. Although this store is near and well organized they are priced out of the park. I was in town during Thanksgiving and here i am after Christmas and the same bags are still in there. It’s a clue folks you’re priced too high, bags damage to the handles lose value also cash flow for your business creates l opportunity to buy better and more items to sell. My final review is it’s a nice looking store they worry more about theft than they do customer experience prices are too high and employees don’t care not even the manager I do not recommend you waste your time money or energy here

Staff is lazy and said they could not buy anything out of the haul due to wear and tear even with an item with the tag still on it, never worn sitting on top. They recommended a different spot to sell too, saying they could see some quality things in there but did not want to take the time to look through the bag. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend!!!

I've been to two different locations and the experience was the same: Indifference and dismissive customer service. They will waste your time and not even buy new items. From what I saw, they can use better items. I'm not sure who own/runs these businesses, but from the reviews, the feeling is founded. Try a different company. I'm Never going back!! They don't want "us" there.

i got a lot to say about this place. first of all, a thrift store is supposed to be low price. Why? because people are donating these stuff to you guys or selling them & you guys are paying people $5 dollars for 20 items and then sell each item for $25. Literally a company that makes their money out of scamming. Second of all, and i hope the little nobodies that are working there today read this. Staff is completely unprofessional. Went there to sell/donate clothes and they said no to over 50 items because they “weren’t washed”. so you’re telling me you guys sell unsanitary clothes period right? because clearly you don’t wash the clothes you guys buy from OTHER PEOPLE. Third of all, we still wanted to donate the clothes because unlike the company we are not greedy and scam people. And these little low lives of staff that probably make $10 dollars an hour and have no life started laughing. You’re laughing? for what? If i would’ve went i would’ve wiped that smile off real quick. Waste of time, and like i said, they don’t sanitize or clean ANYTHING that they buy or gets donated. Probably mad roaches in there but are we surprised? The staff there itself are an infestation.

From the moment I entered the store, I felt a bad vibe. They rolled their eyes at me as soon as they saw me arrive with clothes to sell, and as for the clothes I brought, it was impossible for them to go through two bins full of them in five minutes. The person checking out my clothes, grabbed clumps of clothing and discarded it. It leaves a lot to be desired. They should learn from other thrift stores.

Came here yesterday to see if I could sell some of my clothes before donating. Carried two bags full and waited about 20-25 minutes just for them to say that they don’t take kids clothes. Most of the clothes in the bag were not kids clothes so it felt like I was being body shamed. It looked like they didn’t even go through the bag but don’t waste your time here if you’re trying to see if you could sell some of your petite clothes here.
