Dropped off 4 bags of clothes, some with tags never worn. Others gently used. When I arrived to pick up, they had condensed into 2 bags 1 with the least valuable clothes that were used. Then somehow, Coincidently, the clothes with tags that were new along with American Eagle jeans in the 2nd bag were "lost." New swimwear, shorts, and jeans were all in the "lost" bag. All together, it was well over $300 worth of new clothing. They wasted my time "looking" for the lost bag that had all the clothes. In the end, I told them to give me $50 and keep the clothes since they had already wasted much of my time as i stood in the store waiting for them to "find" the bag. I'm pretty confident someone in the store stole them either to resale at a higher value or kept them for themselves. Very bad experience. Not to mention, I took brand new in box $350 Tom Ford sunglasses that they offered me $5 for... you tell me if the values and morals of this business are in good standing. Definitely not a place I would not place any trust into. (Edit) *No I didn't say I would be back.

They are extremely picky with what clothes they will buy and the amount they pay isn't the best but if you have some really nice clothes from the past 2 years and just want to get some quick cash I definitely recommend it. I like how they don't require you to stay in the store and just text you when they are done. it's nice to drop them off and go get some other errands done while I wait. And every employee I've dealt with has been nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. *Edit* So unfortunately I was cashing out my buy and I was really surprised about how little they bought because I had been doing really well with selling to them recently and thought I was figuring out what they were wanting. While someone was going to get my unsold items I hear someone (assuming the manager/leader or whoever was in charge for the night) tell another girl to not pick more than 15 items per person that night because they had a lot of people they still had to process on top of closing duties. Then I realized why they only bought 13 items from me that day and why it looked like my clothes weren't even gone through. Then I was think about what I had done differently and realized that I was making good sales when I was dropping off before night crew was in charge. So if you want to actually sell your clothes go earlier and get the people that actually want to buy your clothes and will actually go through all of them. Sadly it's not the fact that they even do that kind of stuff as a business that makes it wrong it's the fact that it was said with customers in the store and loud enough to be heard almost halfway across the store. They can do whatever they need to do so they can get their jobs done but they shouldn't be saying it when the people that are providing their merchandise for them to sell are standing there. If it was my first time I definitely would not be going back because why would I want to waste the time it takes for me to get a bin together just for them to only buy 15 items. This happened on July 5th around 730pm

My girls, husband, and I LOVE this place. Great selection of name brand clothes, purses, and shoes. We have the rewards and collect often. I'm going on a trip next week and will be visiting again tomorrow to be sure I have the right carry on bag and cute dresses. Back to school shopping starts here for us.

Unfortunately today I received some of the worst customer service while ever dealing with a platos closet location. I was literally told my items would be ready in 30 minutes because I was early and eventually got a text saying they could not make a offer but if i wanted to donate text. I tried calling but the number online goes straight to voicemail because they dont want to deal with the phones. So I get there and the girls tell me the reasons they could not make a offer was because there are kids clothes inside the bag?..... I literally put 3 or 4 kids peices of clothes out of 100 items and they looked at the top of the bag and decided to be pure sorry and lazy and not even attempt to go through them. Poor customer service. I go to 151 location and say hey there might be 2 or 3 peices of clothes and they said your last bag had 2 or 3 but we just toss them to the pile you take back no problem. 151 location yall are awesome but this bandera and helotes location left a sour taste all because out of 100 items in the bag the girls working today decided to be pure lazy over 2 or 3 clothes on top of the bag. Literally did not even go through them because they were all still folded as I brought them. Stay away from helotes bandera location the customer service or work ethic between today's crew is just pure sorry. Would not recommend
Wanted to buy some shoes on display on the top. Your rules arr so stupid! Yall won't sell them due to a event!??? Lol what a joke. But them up the night before the event after store closes. I don't even live in san antonio and really wanted those shoes! False advertisement.
