I went here to sell some of my clothes that were in great condition, never worn and barely got anything. They only took 7 items out of around 25 and I only got 15 dollars for all 7 items, mind you these were good quality brands(Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren,etc:)and I paid good money for those clothes and shoes. When I read up on Plato’s closet, it said they would pay 30-40% of what they sold it for and there is just no way they are selling these items for 6-8 bucks.
Don’t shop here. They have no problem placing items in the wrong place and then not accepting the item for a return. Bought a pair of shoes that were in the men’s section labeled 7.5, bought them for our son, and got home to realize they were a women’s 5.5. Took them back and they refused to complete a return but said I could TRY sell them back. Won’t ever be returning
Those little girls that run that store are very stuck up somewhat rude and they thought they're above The fray I would never go back to that store ever
I love Plato’s closet. Been eyeing a Kate Spade purse but didn’t want to spend gull price. Went into my kids closet and asked them to give me dtuff they don’t wear. 😁. I dropped it off at lunch and was able to use the money they gave me for that clothes to buy my purse. What a deal. !!!
I really honestly wish I could leave them one star all these ladies are very rude. They’re disrespectful. I brought them two big bags of all my clothes. My dresses are beautiful. There is nothing wrong with them. There are no stains. They’re brand new never them and they told me I bring in work attire. There was no such thing. They’re all formal dresses classy dresses. I guess they don’t know what class is. They don’t like normal nice clothing they like young youngster gangster Gothic clothes I’m gonna bring them a lot of Gothic clothes, purple and black and lime green
This was in regards to the guy Jeremy's review... I was there shopping at the time of this so called "incident" about the music and there was nothing wrong with it was so ever.it was probably a Playlist radio station on pandora, Spotify or something. In all honesty that music was a very good station to vibe to. Takes me way back to an era of great music. He just wanted something to complain about maybe because he had nothing better to do. God forbid he goes into a church and complains about their music being to Godly.
you could bring a whole tub of clothes in good condition especially for summer when it’s about to be summer.. to only accept 1 piece of clothing… don’t waste your time coming here

Not bad. I did get money from selling my clothes. They only grabbed three pieces so I just donated the rest but it’s better than nothing. The stuff has inside was not bad so I might go back again. Overall, it was pretty nice.
They had shoes for sale on display and lady said that they weren't for sale. Why would you have them in display and not sell any of them.
