I found some $160 pair of True Religion jeans for $35. So, yeah. Pretty cool place to me lol
I brought a bag of very applicable clothes here to try and clean out a bit. The girl at the counter smelled like a freshly smoked joint and I ended up getting the entire bag back except for two items. IDGAF if you smoke but if you want to be high at work I would think it's because you want to make your work more enjoyable not because you don't want to work at all. This happened a while ago and I haven't had this experience again. I have found good clothes here that I still wear so it's good for that.
Decent selection, I've found some really nice high-end brands for dirt cheap. If you need to find a last minute outfit for an interview I'd recommend going here. I spent less than $15 on mine, got a Jones New York shirt too. Hours are late, which is really nice too. Staff are so-so, they're nice but focus more on the store than the customers which is fine considering it's a second hand shop.
I stopped here today while in Memphis, from NE Arkansas, and I happily found several items to purchase. The staff were friendly, too. I love the Plato's in my town, and I'm glad to have found this one today on Poplar Ave. They have a sign up that says they are relocating in a few weeks, but the new address isn't given.
Don't recommend. Came in and was told they were done buying clothes at 4pm; they close at 7pm. I was told to call back the next day for what time they'll be taking clothes. For a place that buys and sells clothes, having varying times to buy clothes is crazy. If you aren't going to take clothes during regular hours, that needs to be made clear online. Come back the next day and they dont buy anything. Two big bags, some of the stuff brand new with tags from target that i purchased this year! All clothes were Junior/Young Women's fashion and they didnt buy one thing. I do not live close by and wasted gas TWICE to get turned around with all my clothes. Don't waste your time. Try Poshmark or just donate it to a good cause.
Walked in with my bag and had quite a few questions but the young lady was extremely rude the moment I walked in. Had piercings and blonde hair. Don’t know her name doesn’t matter at this point. When I walk in she states that you all do not accept items inside plastic bags which is fine. But who says I was selling at that point. Whose to say I didn’t have questions on what you accept and don’t accept. But I couldn’t even make it to the counter as she stopped me before I could even say anything to let me know the policies! I did in fact want to know the policies, I did in fact want to know if there were stipulations on select clothing, I did in fact wanted to know if items had to be “up to date” I’ve never done something like this before so I wanted to get familiar with everything BUT I couldn’t even make it to the counter to ask any questions.
I love this location they had an awesome team high quality service and great selection of products to choose from.. I'm satisfied with my experience plus I feel I got a great deal today, if u ask me it was definitely $180 well spent..
Never should've trusted them. Went in to sell clothes, waited over an hour even though they looked at my clothes 30 minutes after I was there. They said they only wanted one pair of shorts and a pair of boots for $16. I said okay, and did not check my things to make sure (which I should have). They ended up taking $60 vans, $20 shorts, $30 shorts, and a $35 dress. I am very displeased and will NEVER be back and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone.
Employees are snobs. They aren't friendly. They're young and have a very judgemental demeanor not only towards the merchandise but the ones who bring it in. I'm not taking any more of my clothes there to sell. They bought everything I had for $70. ×5 pieces. The two stars because they're attitude towards me wasn't inviting or professional.
Count the items you take to sell and ask to see what items they are buying from you because I had items in my bag that were not mine. Not sure if they did a little switch so I wouldn’t notice…also the items at the bottom of my bag were folded neatly like I left them while everything on top looked like it was thrown in. So something tells me they just checked the top. If it’s too much clothes I’d rather be told the wait will be a day or two than a half done job. Ladies at the front are always nice, just did not like this time I went to sell.
