Agents are unprofessional. The one working on my case complains more than he actually works. And he rambles on and makes it difficult to follow, but then ends up saying things of minimal substance anyways. Please train your employees better and for the love of all that is holy, provide them better equipment.

NO STARS!! i was a loyal paying customer for 4/5+ years, no accidents, no reports. Underwriting constantly emailing me regarding my MAILING (not residential) address change due to me having issues with shared mail box in my residence. Email after email after explaining & explaining, then being told okay fix this after multiple NJMVC visits, speaking with different people every day to finally being left alone for a few months still paying and using this insurance. Now Just a few weeks ago from today i receive an email from an "Senior Investigator, Special Investigation Unit" requesting the same documents from the previous emails (which they should all see and have access to within the staff). I finally had given up and leaving this unprofessional insurance company. I received a better rate with a more MAJOR company and hassle free questions. Don't waste your time because the rate looks reasonable, The service sucks, and when their representatives made an error entering wrong info on documents they try to harass you as if you made the error . They just want sales and money, they don't care about their customers and property. They clearly don't care or communicate with each other regarding customers. Victoria, Gail, Ebony and the list can go on with employees i been in contact with and will make a complaint against.

I am echoing another comment about how claims adjusters will not reach out and the company’s claims procressing seems to be intentionally delayed. The company’s app claims to allow form submissions, but doesn’t work. I’m receiving paperwork requests BY MAIL, even though forms are available online and the adjusters have email addresses. The rates are also very expensive, and it’s not clear what the service is for the extra money. Steer clear.

I have never been shown more disrespect than when engaging with Plymouth Rock. Their claimant hit me, and it has taken months the get this resolved. I am either ignored by their team, or when the do get on the phone or email, they point fingers at each other internally. Finally this issue was escalated, and I am getting a fraction of what I am owed in repairs. Truly despicable company to work with. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Customer Service In The History Of The World. Agents on a consistent basis do not get back to their assigned clients. Not just once but over a span of 3 agents. They do not call back, they do not text back on the text system they set up and say is the best way to contact them, they do not email. If I wasn't on the phone doing the legwork for where my damaged vehicle went, what the next steps in process were, and doing all the stuff they are paid to do, nothing would have been done. This whole process makes me believe that my toddler son could create, run, and be succesful at Insurance and insuring people. The Pilgrims and their ancestors of today are completely and utterly embarrassed by the way this company does business. If the Mayflower were captained by this insurance company it would be called Point Nemo Rock Insurance. That is just how poor they are at things here.

Pricing is not even in the ballpark!! Don't call for a quote. Just go somewhere else. ANY other company can beat their pricing.

Umbrella policy cancelled because their policy is “no more than two auto claims a year”. For the first claim we were the victims of a hit and run (they caught the offender and his insurance paid the claim). Their “assurance” is that victims of motor vehicle crimes lose their insurance. Profits over people.

Dealt with Plymouth Rock because they were the insure of the driver who hit my vehicle and totaled it. The claims representative was horrible. Didn’t send me the information. She said she was gonna send me multiple times. Dragged their feet for a couple weeks. At the end, the appraisal company they use ,wanted to repair my total vehicle, which had been water damaged as well sitting in the salvage yard with broken window and rain. Luckily my insurance company the Concord Group stepped up and replaced my vehicle total bit and I can now replace it with a brand new vehicle as it should be because this was a T-bone truck hit right in the frame bent frame right in the middle, which is always considered totaled. Their driver was at fault yet they wanted the cheapest unsafe way possible to get out of responsibility. Would not recommend them to anyone ever.

They make you think your premium is less than others but it is a scam. Other companies already include the cost of their umbrella in the premium but plymouth rock makes there premium look less by billing for the umbrella separately at a price of $500. Add that into the total cost and then see if you are still saving money.

We had an accident in December. This company was the other party's insurance. We came to the end of April and created a claim file. They still haven't gotten back to us. We write to them but they don't respond. Our vehicle needs repairs and because of their indifference, everything has been disrupted and they have victimized us.
