This is insulting And totally gets rid of the seriousness of what your company is supposed to be about. I don’t know who made this decision, But I hope they are fired. Change your system and ask me a question like an adult.

They will go in and change your policy without your knowledge. I got quoted for 350 a month for insurance paid my bill and somehow my next month's bills due is about $950 and my policy somehow double Makes no goddamn sense whatsoever

If there was 0 to put for a star rating then I would have put it . Plymouth Rock Assurance does not deserve a single star . This company four pillars of foundation are: deceptive business practice, very poor customer service , greed and lack of care or concern for their customers . The January 2026 snow storm damage my roof and it was leaking in several places . It was a torture and nightmare with this insurance company. They offered no help nor communication , although all the pictures and videos show extensive damage . They keep changing adjuster after adjuster to 4 different persons . One adjuster agreed to pay $6,026.76 , then another text out of the blues they are backtracking the amount . Almost two months and no resolution and my roof still leaking . Had to go a different route to resolve my roof. I say to anyone looking for homeowners insurance , DO NOT go with Plymouth Rock . You will regret it . Let the buyer beware .

A tree fell on my car during the 2026 blizzard. After I filed a claim and tried to set up a rental pick up, I was told i could only text my claims adjuster when I tried to call her. Then when I texted questions I never got a response until I was told my car was a complete loss and was passed off to the total loss adjuster. He then proceeded to give me a settlement amount that same day and told me i only had a week left to use the rental that I need to use to get to work until I can get the money for the loss and now find another car to purchase. As if I haven't been dealing with enough stress through this entire nightmare! I have no idea when I'm getting my plates back since they didn't tell me to remove them before my car was picked up, I still need to give them the title before I can even see a penny, and now need to find a new car asap. In the meantime, no sincerity, no understanding, no trying to work with me until i can find another vehicle. It's not their problem so let's just add on to the stress instead of trying to help your customers.. This company could care less about you! Along with their customer service reps. They never get back to you and are so rude. All they care about is getting their money from you. I'm so disappointed because i had a claim a few years back for another vehicle and they took such great care of me which is why I gave 2 stars. I will be looking for another auto insurance company as soon as my policy is up. I do not recommend this insurance company. You'll be wasting your money and they certainly aren't there to make things easier for you! If anything they want to make it more difficult.

I’ve been with Plymouth Rock Assurance for about two years now, and they’ve consistently offered me the best rate with strong coverage. I noticed there are quite a few negative reviews, but based on my experience, I haven’t had any issues so far. I recently filed a claim after someone dented my car by hitting it with their door. The process was straightforward, I uploaded photos through the app and provided the other driver’s information, and the claim was settled within a few weeks. I also called in recently to update my address and drivers on my policy, and discuss my renewal and the customer service representative, Elliot, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions clearly and made the process easy. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Plymouth Rock

Do not use them! We got them in September with the purchase of our new home. A few weeks after getting it. We get a notice they were dropping us in a few weeks if we did not repair our roof and a few pieces of siding on the garage. So of course we had the house inspected before we moved in the inspector said we had 5 years in the roof. We had other stuff going on so we didn't research and get another one there was not enough time. So we got the roof and siding done that is a whole other story in itself. Anyways we do everything they asked and had to send them the verification everything was done. In January we put in a claim and paid our deductible. Which was not easy process nor was it quick. Flash forward we get a letter stating they were not renewing us. Can you guess why? Cause we filed a claim. So apparently you are to make your monthly payments on time but never ever filed a claim just give them money. Stay away from them. No I'm not kidding the pictures say it all. Trust me do not use this company it's a waste

Let's cancel someone's homeowners insurance because of the state of the roof IN JANUARY IN NY STATE because of some drone flyover pictures. Why can no one see the idiocy in this? There's literally nothing we can do until spring and a proper inspection wasn't even done.

What a horrible company. They cancelled my insurance a week after we fixed all the major issues with the house. Now they aren't refunding my money. I have spent a combined forty minutes on hold chasing them down. I paid them over the phone immediately to get the policy and now eeks have passed without them refunding me? This is theft.

The worst if I can give a zero star I would they were not able to help me during hurricane ida and during Covid I was late paying 1 day and they cancelled my policy and than I paid it the very next day and then they tell me I had to re due my policy all over again I wanted to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. So I just found another insurance that we’re more understanding. I would not recommend Plymouth Rock they are the worst.

Be very careful. They called me via an email solicitation. They gave me an auto quote that was quite good, plus requested a quote for an umbrella which was competitive. The moment I requested the quote be sent to me via email for review instead of buying "today" as Raoul requested (after the call screener asked if it would be reasonable for me to purchase within thirty days), the caller (or his boss) clicked off the phone connection. SCAM ALERT!!!! Pay premium and pray you never need it!
