Multiple mistakes when handling my claim. Zero resolution offered. Took well over a month to handle a claim that should’ve taken weeks. Worst transaction I’ve had in my life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Actually I don’t have a problem with a company but my problem with the broker man ( john arone ) he is not responsible person at all, after i send him all paperwork and waiting for him more than 2 weeks he said I don’t have insurance for you and don’t call me again , hang the phone on me , not polite, don’t waste your time with this person. This person act the company and I got bad experience because him , if the company respect their customers they must take action with that person as soon as possible
I'm a current customer but am now moving away since they are very difficult to deal with on dealing with claims. I wouldn't insure with this place as I have had enough of their excuses about why they won't cover a claim.
This company is keeping a speeding ticket on my insurance and having me pay for it for a whole EXTRA YEAR because my policy starts in February and the ticket is to come off in March. When asked what could be done about this, I was told nothing. "I'm sorry, I don't see a way around this.". That's what I was told. Verbatim.
Don’t use them they are scammers! I was paying 400$ and they got me to 1700$ because when I told them to add someone they didn’t added right Now they want me to pay 1700$ nah.. I am not gone pay I am not stupid like you guys.👎🏻👎🏻
Very disappointed. In the midst of a claim, and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. Complete lack of communication. Tomorrow will be two weeks and I have no more information than the date I filed the claim
Worse service ever, i don't know how they call themselves an insurance company. I called to get a over the phone quote and the rep was very hurried because he wanted to leave to lunch. an then, an hour later he called me and was extremely rude about his proposed rate, laughed at me and then hung up abruptly . Really!? Psycho!!!!!
They sent the cancellation of the policy only because of the single issue. And the cancellation notification was sent only HALF months before the cancellation date. They don’t even give you any time to deal with this issue.

Had a stolen debit card - only company who would not refund the $600 fraud charge when it was immediately caught.
