This company is keeping a speeding ticket on my insurance and having me pay for it for a whole EXTRA YEAR because my policy starts in February and the ticket is to come off in March. When asked what could be done about this, I was told nothing. "I'm sorry, I don't see a way around this.". That's what I was told. Verbatim.
ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORST. The adjustors have NO knowledge of automobiles. If you are not satisfied with your work, they won't even take a look at it to see what was done incorrectly. Canceling this immediately
My policy tripled in less than 4 months with them, and the reason they gave me was stupid, they didn’t explain the purpose for the increase. After canceling before my next payment, they sent me a bill. When I called to ask why I got charged, no one could explain to me the reason I was charged.
I use Plymouth Rock Assurance for car insurance- will likely be switching as they are now charging me an extra $50 a month for no reason. Really disappointed
I have been with Plymouth Rock for a few years and always have a positive experience with all the agents I have talked with - very clear instructions, prompt feedback and documentation and responsive agents.
I'm a current customer but am now moving away since they are very difficult to deal with on dealing with claims. I wouldn't insure with this place as I have had enough of their excuses about why they won't cover a claim.
Obtained insurance. I paid policy in full. Then they cancelled a week later and refuse to refund me. They did take the time out of their day to send it in writing with no refund check. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE & THANK YOU! ****update: I was finally refunded. Thank you.
Don't want to pay the money, when 1 of their customers hit my car , sending to totally lost . That vehicle for me was my family support. Its more than 3 months . Since 11-09-2021
Multiple mistakes when handling my claim. Zero resolution offered. Took well over a month to handle a claim that should’ve taken weeks. Worst transaction I’ve had in my life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
