QFC

Quaint little neighborhood store with a nice variety of groceries, bakery, deli, butcher and even has self checkout options. The employees did stop my friend as she was leaving to ask if she could give them back the whipped cream they thought she stole but didn’t see her go all the way back to the milk isle to put it back. It was the girl in front of us that had taken something without paying. How embarrassing for QFC!!

This store is consistently understaffed and the only option almost every time I go in here is the self checkout. Tonight all four self checkouts were stopped - all needed employee approvals to keep going. It’s a young woman and apparently she has to WATCH THE STUPID VIDEO on the screen to make sure none of us are stealing because of the 1984 level big brother recording and video. They only staff ONE person for this? It went off with us three or four fricken times for one checkout. She was running from one to another. It is terrible. I hate this store. I just don’t understand how a small neighborhood store can be this terrible.

I had a bad experience at this grocery store I was shopping and was ready to checkout and I asked to use the bathroom. And when the came back the manager some heavy set lady put all my items back in the freeze I was only gone for about 5 minutes and came to purchase my items I was highly upset because I had reshop all my items I told the guy and lady I would only be about 5 minutes in the rest room an they said my stuff would be fine and it wasn’t fine me and my pregnant shop here all the time the lady was really mean and racist I will not be shopping here anymore and my family will not be shopping here either. You should treat your customers better with respect

I don’t shop here usually because the prices are terrible but I just needed to grab a few things. I also way buying beer and the lady who checked my ID said I guess that kind of looks like you. They did a good job on your prosthetic face. I assume it was a joke but it did not translate that way and just left me feeling uncomfortable. Will not be coming here again

Well laid out small store!

I walked into this store, walked around a good 10minutes trying to find a shopping cart. Thought I was going crazy. Finally asked an employee if there were any carts and was told "they seem to all be in use". Never in my life...

Friendly, neighborhood grocery store vibes, great selection.

Was told I can’t use my reusable bag to shop with even though there are no hand baskets available at the front. Was told by manager jr. to get one from under the checkout where people stack them after putting their things on the conveyor belt. Nah. I’m not doing that. Then they stared at every item I scanned at the forced-self checkout. Mini manager followed me to the door for some reason. The deli counter is excellent though, food and service wise. Chicken tendies!
