We came in an hour before close and were welcomed warmly by Robin. She explained the menu to us and the combinations we could make, and also asked us what flavors we liked to give us some great suggestions! We've never been to any of these locations before so it was great to be welcomed and given such great service on a random Tuesday evening. Definitely coming back!
I love all the flavors of Rachel’s ginger beer. All delicious and they will ship to you too. The locations at Pike Place and Capitol Hill are great.
I visited Seattle for the first time and wanted to experience everything, so I stopped at Rachel's Ginger Beer. I've had ginger beer before, but this was pretty different to what I've tasted before. I got the original and guava flavors. I liked the guava more than the original. The original was very lemony and a little bitter. It was good in small amounts, but I don't think I'd get it again. I would try different flavors for sure.
It's an extremely hip place in a extremely hip Neighborhood. The prices here are quite reasonable for what you're getting. It's usually quite busy so it might take you awhile to find a seat. But the drinks are definitely unique and are a must-try when you go to Pike's Place
Was not a big fan of the ginger beer here — in my opinion it’s not a smooth drink which is pleasant to drink (could be the flavor I got). Even the small size was a lot to get through. However the interior of this shop is nice to sit and chill in.
Caramelized Pineapple and Blood orange GB with Dole whip Float was amazing 😍
This place is so cute!! I love how there's so many flavors of ginger beer. I tried the white peach because the staff said it was a popular one. It tasted very nice and refreshing, almost like a lemonade. By the front till they have a photo of the founder and a short story about her passing. Very sad to read that she passed away so suddenly but she must be so proud of how successful her company continues to be. I really liked the setup of the space. There is a wooden table in the middle with seats and the place opens up to the alley with lots of fresh air. This place also offers boozy cocktails that sound good!
We kept coming back to this place each day. The ginger beer is great. We loaded up on the spicy Pina shots, they were PERFECT. The next morning my friend was feeling queasy digging for his life from the night before, but we got a 14oz of the spicy pineapple ginger beer and it settled him.
When in Seattle, I love coming here on a cold day and having a hot toddy. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the hot sangria. Both were very good and right now with the off season, the atmosphere was great. Very laid back.
Amazing as a ginger beer connoisseur as myself coming across RGB was a dream come true! I’ve heard about this company but never thought I would ever run into the shop while traveling ! It was so good I came back again the next day I wish I could’ve tried all the flavors but it gives me a reason to come back to Seattle. All 3 flavors that I tried was hands down awesome sauce! Spicy pineapple, extra and pink guava !!
