Amazing ginger beer flavours (we had Blueberry & Guava) & the staff are super friendly! Must go if you are visiting Pike Place! Quick note for anyone travelling from Europe & non-US/Canada: If you intend on buying anything alcoholic (not ginger beer) - make sure you bring an official passport as Washington State doesn’t accept driver’s licenses as ID (but allows you to enter the premise and buy non-alcoholic drinks)
DARK AND STORMY…more like dank and stormy! So so so good. This ginger beer has such a great bite. Lots of dark rum added to it and some nice fresh lime. Love the crushed ice. Took my partner who’s not a huge fan of ginger beer and he loved it! Staple visit every time I come to Seattle. Note: this location is 21+ only all other locations are all ages! Yum yum Yummo
RGB is always a favorite. Staff was very friendly. Had a friend visiting for the first time, and she asked to try every flavor, and they obliged. It took them some time to get a platter of all the flavors, but definitely appreciate the customer service! We ended up getting two mules. One with guava and one with cucumber tarragon. Both were very good. The cucumber tarragon was extremely light and refreshing! Staff definitely did a very generous vodka pour. We sat inside and enjoyed our drinks. Street parking only. RIP Rachel. Your legacy lives on through RGB and your imprint on Seattle will live forever.
I heard a lot about Rachel's Ginger Beer so definitely had to give it a try while in Seattle and it did not disappoint. We got the original ginger beer and the tangerine/tumeric one. The original is the best ginger beer I've ever had hands down. Tangerine/tumeric was good as you can distinctly taste both flavors plus it doubles as a massive ginger wellness shot. We loved it so much we came back the next day and tried the pink guava and the seasonal cherry one. Loved both of them as well although the cherry one may have been a little too tart. I can see where the hype is and will make it a point to stop here if I'm ever in Seattle again.
Great! We come here almost every time we visit pike place market. Very strong ginger flavor, so it generally overpowers all the other flavors. Love that they do samples!
There are a lot of things that people don't understand when it's evaluated. I ordered a regular ginger beer, but I think it's a drink close to lemonade. I wonder if you know the taste of ginger beer, and I don't know if the fermentation is not perfect or if it's under-aged, but I don't recommend it. I think it would be wise to drink other kinds of cocktails.
Super cool concept! There's one here and one in U Village. Not the friendliest staff, even on a quiet rainy day, but yummy drinks! Husband got the Hot Toddy which has RGB Blood orange and whiskey. I had the Porch Swing with original RGB, aperol and gin. Very yummy! Dangerous because you don't even taste the alcohol!
This is a great place to pop in for a quick drink (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Sometimes the line can be long but it moves pretty quickly! It’s nestled in a little area at pike place, so it can get pretty busy. I’ve tried multiple flavors and they are all pretty great. The pink guava is surprisingly sweet, but every other flavor I’ve tried (mango, pineapple, original) has been really tart and great. One of my favorite things to do is “build my own mule” by getting a different flavor. Definitely recommend coming here multiple times and trying out their different flavors!
If you like ginger beer you’ll love this place! White peach was my fave. It was hard to choose because all of the flavors sounded so good! The blood orange was the strongest ginger flavor and the passion fruit vanilla was my daughter’s favorite.
Came on a crowded Saturday afternoon and it took about 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. We just got the original ginger beer which is delicious and not too gingery :) Our server lady seemed a little grouchy but overall this is one of the great places in pike place if you want to cool down and enjoy a nice drink. PROTIP: order the pike place clam chowder online and bring it to sit and eat here with your delicious ginger beer drinks!
