Been here a few times when they first opened but this particular day, it’s quite empty w/ a few steady stream of customers. Not really a fan but the storm clouds cocktail was really good even better because we were able to walk around sipping cocktail...well, it was just a block to the car. Still, liberating, nonetheless with that, I am adding another star. 5 stars, it is!

Gotta love that guava ginger beer mule! It’s so zingy good. Prices are typical Seattle prices these days so keep that in mind. But it’s a fun treat when at the Pike Place Market.

I had the opportunity visit Rachel's Ginger Beer at Pike Place and ordered the pink guava. The drink was hydrating and good. I would have loved to try the other flavors available, but the service was horrible. The man at the cash register was dismissive and had a horrible attitude. The lack of kindness really spoiled the experience and made me regret my purchase. Based on my experience, I would caution visiting here; there are so many places nearby with better service.

I stopped here after eating at Pike Place Chowder. They had free samples displayed on their window sill. ATMOSPHERE: Its an open-air bar style cafe. It wasn't busy at all. It seems maybe the biz is just starting out or something. GINGER BEER: There were two flavors I tried, the Asian pear & strawberry rhubarb. It's slightly fizzy and a little spicy. Good but I'm not a fan. Maybe if it was chilled it would've tasted better. To each his own.

I swung by this place based on a recommendation by a friend. They let me try any of flavors, but after trying the White Peach. I needed a 20oz immediately. It has really relaxing vibes inside and there are plenty of large size bottles you can purchase(or even refill).

Super fun place to stop at for those who drink or are sober. Quick service even with a line. Can’t go wrong with any flavor choice. The white peach ginger gin and classic Moscow mule was A+, I also tried the spicy pineapple ginger beer and it was great.

Fantastic ginger beer! They have a variety of flavors that are also featured in cocktails or you can build your own. Lines can get long but they move at a decent rate.

Anytime I'm in Seattle I have to stop here. My hands down fave flavor is the cucumber tarragon flavour ginger beer. Most recently had the black currant flavor + whiskey (pictured) which was a perfect mix for a spiked refreshing drink.

Love the ginger beer here! Had the ginger beer float with the blueberry flavor. There are many other flavors to choose from as well as some alcoholic beverages. They have growlers available for purchase, as well as some merchandise. A nice place to stop by for a refreshing treat.

Delicious ginger beer! Rachel's Ginger Beer is a relaxing place to escape the rain and enjoy a refreshing beverage. They have many flavors for you to try. I stick to the original flavor, but feel free to be adventurous!
