So fun! The ginger beer and sodas are delicious! We had the best time trying the different flavors, the staff give out samples and are super friendly. We came first for just the ginger beer and then came back later that evening for a cocktail and both were delicious. They allow you to mix and match flavors which made it super fun to curate your own unique beverage!
Omg! This place is so good. It was a bucket list item for when in Seattle! I’m normally not a ginger beer person but I was drawn to the pineapple Dole Whip soft serve which is vegan! It’s so freaking good. Reminds me of the one in Disneyland. I got the 12oz locally made dole whip pineapple (v) with Rachel’s signature mango flavored ginger beer. It was the perfect combo! Not too sweet but hits the spot! My friends got the Boozy Float which you can add a shot of spirit of your choice. It’s the same as the above but with alcohol. They said it was super good. You do have to be 21+ to be here since they serve alcohol. We came on a Monday during lunch and it wasn’t busy which was a good thing. We didn’t have to wait long to get our orders.
Tangerine + Turmeric, and Hibiscus ginger beer were our choices of beverage. My travel partner was also granted a sample of another flavored ginger beer that she ended up liking too. If you like carbonated, kombucha-tasting drinks, this will be a favorite of yours. I enjoyed my beverage! Additionally, staff member that took our order in the afternoon wasn’t very attentive, aka a bit spaced out. The speed of service can go up a bit too. Overall, you can order many sizes of ginger beer and even take a glass jug or two home. I would like to go back for their soft-serve ice cream floats. Those looked delicious as well.
Revisit on Jan 2024, This time tried the Dole frozen pineapple whip Always pleasant as usual Must visit when in Pike Place, tried the orange blood Ginger beer and Moscow mule. Slight hint of ginger, with refreshing soda and balanced sweetness. For the Moscow mule, quite a kick from the Vodka and warm up your body during winter season.
*edit/update after receiving feedback from the owner- I’m adding 2 more stars to my review to make it 5 stars because I didn’t realize that not having ice with it would make such a difference on the taste- I usually order things without ice because i have sensitive teeth* The cashier was so friendly and helpful. I told her that I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order and she didn’t hesitate to provide me with a samples of a couple of the favorites she had. My partner ordered the original and I had the guava ginger beer. I’ll be honest it was difficult for me to drink more than a quarter of my drink because it was so strong after a few sips. I forced myself to drink half. My partner experienced the same struggle. Still a cute experience to try these crafted Ginger Beers.
I am a Ginger Beer fanatic and this product is excellent. I was on a short trip to Seattle and found the store through a recommendation. We were luck enough to stumble across it when we were around the Pike Market. I was welcomed immediately and was asked if I wanted to sample some of their beers. I asked for the spiciest Ginger Beer they had and was directed to the Spice Pineapple, sweet baby Jesus that was good. I came back home to see I had been gifted four growlers with different flavors Pineapple, Blood Orange, White Peach, and Guava. I will be buying more online!
This is such a cool place. I love that the ginger beer is on tap and that they have seasonal flavors. I tried a float this time and got vanilla ice cream and blueberry ginger beer. It was very tasty! I took the recommendation of the person at the register and she did not steer me wrong. It was great!
Great spot to visit over and over. Great variety of flavors of ginger beer and Great mixed drinks featuring ginger beer. Take some home! It's a short jaunt off Pikes Place Market (actually still fully in view) on Post Alley.
Nice and busy place. I have recommended this place to everyone visiting Seattle but this was the first time I have been here. I tried the mango ginger beer which was nice. My wife got the spicy pineapple which was nice as well but I liked mine better. For a weekend late evening this place was not too busy.
If you wanna try a variety of real ginger beer this is the place to be. Staff are really nice.
