awesome store for bulk shopping. they have a wide range of products perfect for the resturant industry or food truck operator. if you have a second fridge ot a freezer at you place great idea to puck up meat or ither items you can store for a while. wish i could go wild i this store.

I visit Restaurant Depot once a week and was extremely disappointed every time with the lack of safety precautions in their warehouse. Forklifts were constantly moving around while customers were shopping, specially in the morning creating a hazardous environment for customers while shopping . You have to stay awake to avoid getting hit and struggling to navigate around the machinery ,I really mean it YOU HAVE TO STAY AWAKE FROM THE SECOND YOU STEP IN THE STORE . I understand that this is a warehouse setting, but there should be better measures in place to ensure customer safety. Clear walkways, designated forklift zones, and more attentive staff could make a huge difference. The mopping machines always start at the Time when the customer Enter the store which makes an other danger to customers . They should do all this Jobs Done before customers Enter the Store. I don’t recommend this place for anyone . Safety should always come first!

Great guy at receiving didn’t mind to unload me 3 hrs earlier

Got here for parked overnight. My appointment was 11.30am. Good guy woke me up at 6am, and gave me a door, he was nice to me, we need more people like he is. But the only thing is a smell right in the corner from that dumpster.

Just like all the other reviews on here from other truck drivers. The way they treat you and talk to you is unacceptable. I arrived on time for my 6am. Rang the doorbell and knocked on the door for 10 minutes until decided I will go through the front entrance. There a guy after eyeballing for a a few minutes decide to come up to talk to me through the door. No hello or proper greeting whatsoever. I don’t look like a transient dress nice actually and first words out of his filthy mouth is what do you want in a rude and raised voice. I had calmly stated that I have a delivery for him and stated I had a 6am appointment, his response was “no you don’t go back to your truck and wait” again in a rude tone and raised voice. I responded again calmly saying “that the broker sent over papers that stated I had a 6am appointment time.” Again his response was rude and more agitated then before was “ no you don’t, I would know I am the receiving manager. Now go back to your truck and wait like I said” then I asked him how long the wait might be and he responded again rudely as he turned around and walking away “I don’t start receiving until 8am” This type of behavior especially coming from a so called manger is unacceptable, especially since I am not the only one who they have issues with without us having no issues with them. reading the reviews should be addressed by the company because it has been mentioned several times. There is no reason to be rude or hostile towards the drivers. Especially when they don’t have a reason too. Dock area nasty, dirty and stinks worse then if you where stick your head in a portapotty. Having shipping and receiving hours posted by the door would be nice. But since it’s post coved I now understand why they have the face covering required after smelling that awful stench.! Driver you been warned about this place.

I preferred the Portland area more than the seattle one, the Portland is bigger and got better fresh quality stuff, the employees here are getting out of hands, they treat customers like their kids.

Drivers with Semi Don't get confuse it's a Place under the bridge with all way stop sign and railway tracks beside the location. You can park right in front and on sides . And you will sit here all Day long. THEY ARE SLOW !!!

What is the actual pallet policy here? Sometimes I’m charged a pallet deposit, sometimes I’m not. When I return pallets, I’m told I’ll get the credit “next time,” yet previous returns were never credited unless I tracked it down myself. That’s not a policy—that’s inconsistency and poor management. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money. On top of that, most of the staff (with very few exceptions) are rude, unfriendly, and even intimidating. This place seriously needs better management and customer service.
