With the previous negative reviews on here was not looking forward to unloading here however had no issues with great employees and was unloaded pretty quick would definitely come back we live here and it's definitely one of the better receivers in the pnw thanks guys
Restaurant Depot is an incredibly frustrating place to shop, at least in Seattle. The location they chose is absolutely ridiculous. I have been stuck for up to 20 minutes trying to get out of the parking lot with a TRAIN blocking the driveway. As other reviewers have mentioned, their check-out process is glacially slow. . . . . REALLY? Do you absolutely HAVE to count every item on my cart after you rang it up? How about believing you can actually scan the items efficiently? Customers want to get in and get out, and you usually only have 1 or 2 cashiers working, with others standing around jawing about the Seahawks. Meh. It's Cash and Carry all the way, except for when I need pink bakery boxes!
I wish you guys do free membership for the big business it’s just for fun, but if you guys accept it, you guys can do it
Fast delivery and friendly staff
The shipping and receiving manager is so rude and senceless he is thinking he's the only person on earth who became manager and dictate on everyone. He think who ever the truck drivers come there they are not human. Even the lumber guy there he is so nice and polite but manager 🤬. I don't even want to give one star but there is no other source.
Bad location, entrance blocked by train for half an hour and then they closed.
This review/rating is only for truck drivers who's delivering load to this place. Receiving supervisor was super nice and helpful on the phone when I called and asked my delivery appt time. However in the next morning when I check in with the receiver clerk he was such an A..H... he told me that I don't have an appt time, and i am on their "standby" list. I asked and told him that I spoke with someone and made sure my appt was correct on the previous day but he didn't budge. The thing is he has really nasty attitude. I could've give this place 4 or even a 5 star rating due to quick unloading and everything but i can't. Treat each other with respect people!!!
Just like all the other reviews .. store is on point with stocking and cleanliness but customer service is worse than a Walmart... and it can’t get much worse than that. Lady at the front, all the cashiers, and the so called “managers” all have an attitude and either hate their jobs or had no proper training in customer service.
Good prices on great quality food and restaurant equipment. The store is definitely geared to restaurants. However, it has recently been open to the general public. Some items may be cheaper elsewhere, so be prepared to do some calculating! For example, you're not going to save money on name brand items if you normally buy store brands.
