Overnight parking fast unloading open 6 am night any door park your truck
Almost have everything here. The location is surrounded by the trains. Waiting for the trains to pass is painful. If you don’t mind waiting then I highly recommend this place.
VERY VERY VERY terrible customer service . Whoever picked up the phone can not answer you any easy questions. Hold you call forever without any apologizes . That was not the nice way to do business. I hope the store manager can do something.
Arrived at closing, all they needed to do was answer the door bell and let me know if I could park there and they were loved, but nothing completely ignored
Limited selection in a large format. Purely for the restaurant and food service pro. Lots of basic staples. Exotic brands and local/seasonal is not what RD is about, but quality basics are readily available and well-priced. Along with a Costco Business membership and C&C, a DIY restarauter can keep their businesses humming along just fine by shopping at RD.
So yesterday, I found a series of 4 illicit transactions on my business account but was able to cancel the card. Pretty enormous headache, lots of miserable time spent trying to prove I’m me, and being left on hold for hours with banks and cops. Miserable. Worst part is feeling absolutely violated and not sure how anyone could have gotten my info. More hours spent trying to figure out where I could have messed up, and changing every acct password, etc… This evening, in the mailbox is the letter from Jetro – yup. there’s the breach. I made the mistake of shopping there and their lack of security led to my cash (and 200,000 other victims/customers) getting siphoned off to gangsters in Russia. What I am most frustrated about is that they actually knew about the theft a MONTH ago. How did it take them so long to alert us? I really feel harmed by their failure to contact me in a timely manner. I could have shut down my business card earlier if I’d known and saved a HUGE hassle and a fair bit of money from my business that I still have to prove is stolen. Bad business practices led to the ENORMOUS theft in November, worse ones led to ongoing victimization of their customers on Christmas eve, no less. Final Ridiculous Fail: This is the SECOND huge id theft this year for them. Shop here - get your identity stolen.
I was at the Seattle Store on Saturday 2nd June for shopping. I usually do not come to the Seattle location but happened to be here. My card didn't worked cause i have not been in this store since 2016 but have been to the Woodenville Location. I was a bit frustrated cause my card didn't works at Woddenville location and do not work at the Seattle . My cashier an African american lady gave me so much attitude and when asked why she has to be rude her response was what you give you get back. I was very shocked with the attitude because as a Chef I have people to feed and matter fact my card didn't work it was fixed but to have a customer service like this i was very upset. worst customer service ever. I will also write on social media about this because I go and shop in Restaurant depot in woodenville and have never received such a horrible service.
Great place to shop and it's along the way to my restaurant so it's super convenient. What sucks that is the entrance is behind a train track. So if the train comes you have to wait. And the train takes forever 😞
Nuts as purchases from Woodinville cannot be returned here( Paid 62$ in Woodinville but receiving 48$ approx for returning). Unsure why they ask for receipts then it's waste of our time purchasing.
