Great crew and excellent unload Time
Gave a higher price per pound the product wasn't correct
If I can give this place a zero I would, not because the quality of the products but the customer service that I dealt with today. Not once, not twice, three very rude employees. Especially the African American girl at the front of the store. The one thing that I don't get is I was very polite and I don't get why they were extremely rude. Hopefully the management will read this message and take action.
They need some management skill training and some work on customer service. Not everyone that comes into the dock is a scumbag. I'm retired from the military and also served as a manager for several years in a warehouse 10 times the size of that facility and I always treated my customers with the utmost respect. When you have a warehouse with at least 50 doors and almost every one of those is filled you don't make excuses to your customers you just make it happen. I wish I only had one truck to deal with and 5 dock doors, with 12 pallets to offload, that would have been a banner day for me.
I have to give them only one star. Their dock area has to be something that needs to be experienced. Smells really bad here. It’s so cool foreman on the inside tells employee be to tell the driver they’ll come and get me when he could’ve simply just looked me straight to face and said it himself. Then he comes out to the truck and wants to get into my face asked me if I got a problem with the way he runs his dock. Of course i’ll tell him now no problem whatsoever. He’s the one being confrontational I would gladly talk to him about it but he wants to be nasty so I’ll let it go. I’ve been at this for over 45 years I think I know what I’m talking about I’m not having a bad day I hope he has a better day for the rest of it the other employees deserve it to be treated better
BAD LOCATION - the train ALWAYS block the entrance!
Fresh meat and poultry in good price
Here to make 7:30 am delivery appointment. Parked in back by the loading dock. Went inside received a day pass. Went and got a few things. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice to me . I like delivering here.
Wish I could give negative stars . When I checked in they said they’d get right to us . I went into the store & spent over $200 . If I would of known how rude that guy would be I would not of spend my money at this place . They kept unloading trucks that came in after us & when I asked them about it was told they didn’t have room for another meat load from one of the workers , so I went inside to just asked if we would still be unloaded today & the guy was so rude told me to just go wait in my truck & they would get to me later . This was already 3 hours after my appointment time . Refused to answer any questions about receiving hours . I had appointments to get home for , no respect for a drivers time at all . And the lumper fee was $ 235.12 for 7 pallets , I don’t mind paying for unloading if it’s done in a timely manner .
My appointment was for ten am I got a door at 6:45am . Guy unloaded quick and was on my way within 45 mins . My experience was good as that’s was the first time I came here . I’ve read the other comments on here before I came here and to be honest I didn’t know what to expect . You can park overnight in the staging area which is to the left of the docks . Gate is usually shut but unlocked .
