Apparently: Busy. Difficulty ordering when using cash. Long line. The time after ordering was approximately ten minutes. The second visit was much better. The double burger was delicious. A suggestion: Maybe they should have a more personal touch when ordering instead of touch screens. I recommend this Shake Shack.
Great security, great place to meet people, very friendly, great hospitality
Food was really really good, expensive (but everything is expensive these days). Burger came with stuff on it that I didn't order on the screen, they went above and beyond to fix it and all the workers were super nice. The Apple Cider Donut Milkshake was amazingly good.
Service is hit or miss, staff lately seem indifferent to the impression they're making.
I like to stay there after a remote work day. I like it, this is calm and employees are nice. Once time I ordered a bacon avocado burger but I don't eat pork and they did another to me without avocado. I really appreciated their kindness.

Staff was extremely efficient, polite, and friendly. Order was ready in 3 or so minutes, maximum, and was delicious. One of the best environments/vibes I have ever encountered at a restaurant for sure.
Most bland Burger I've ever eaten. How does a burger with quite a few ingredients on it, be so tasteless. Food was hot and fresh but lacks flavour
Long wait, but the food tases the same as any other shake shack I’ve been to. Very disappointing hours though, they should be open at least until 11pm on weekends.
