First time eating at a Shake Shack. Ordering was a breeze with the touch screen pads, being able to customize as necessary and pay with tap to pay. Sat at a table and waited for our order to be ready and name called. For $30, we got 2 burgers, 1 order of cheese fries, a shake and a tea. Overpriced in my opinion. I did enjoy the sauce on my burger but certainly not impressed.
The layout is strange and only encourages order at monitors with card only, while also being in the way of the line to order in person. However the staff is great and my food has always been spot on. Generally clean and tables are available around lunchtime on Fridays.
Food was great. Vibe was a little subdued.
It's a chain and you are going to get what you expect. A solid burger with a fresh bun and hot. Quick ordering and the counter service team was great. A nice change of pace from everything else in the area
The service and atmosphere was ok. Also, I thought that the food would be better. The prices added up a lot. Just for three milkshakes it was twenty one bucks. Still tasted good though.
Ordered a chicken shack on Grubhub and when it arrived my lettuce was brown and and the bun was super soggy. I also ordered one of their beverages and I wish there was a “no ice” option because it was watered down with zero taste
I love Shake Shack but this location is bit inconsistent with the quality of their smash burgers. Afternoons are great but evenings/nights has been a hit or miss. 1 out of the 5 times I’ve ordered in the evenings/nights, the burger is over cooked and a bit dry. Not sure if this is due to training or employee not caring.
It wasn't very busy but it took a very long time for our food to come out to us. I used the app to get notifications but I didn't get the notice that our food was ready, I had to walk up to the counter multiple times to see where our food was. Overall, the food was very good, the atmosphere was great. Large setting areas with TVs to watch while waiting.
Very much, liked the food the fries and the drink. The young lady delivering food to the table was quick & helpful. However, the kiosk screens were filthy and I did not see one single table get wiped while we were there.
Can't go wrong with a double Shackburger 😋
