The workers here are so nice, I got the bacon cheese fries and chicken bites. Do expect to wait a bit though but it was worth the wait
Good takes waaaayyyy to long. Are you picking the onions from the garden???? Literally 30 minutes. Really not acceptable.
Ordered 3 “shroom burgers” and fries and already regret it, Horrible first experience, couldn’t finish even one burger. 1. Buns were burned (all of them) 2. 1 of two burgers was missing tomatoes 3. Only one burger had sauce 4. Fries were cold and chewy! (And stone hard, like they were made yesterday!) Worst burgers ever!
Good place for a quick burger but nothing life changing. I like the ordering system and might go back to try the chicken sandwich.
Worst food experience ever. I had a “buy one and get one free” offer avocado bacon chicken sandwich and I only received one. The sandwich was distasteful, nasty and looked nothing alike the original one. Definitely wont come back.
It was disappointing in several ways. No paper manu to look at. The fries were not so tasty and very small and expensive, just like the rest of the meal. There seem to be too much hype around this place. However, I recognize the potential and hopefully they will add more items to their menu, lower prices, and increase the portions so that an individual will not leave the place hungry after spending so much money.
Restaurants is clean great service but the food isn't as good but its definitely edible
I love shake shack, but I must admit, it was a disappointing trip there. Price has gone up a lot! I was hoping quality too or at least quality would be the same, but sadly no! The shack burger was overly salty, and the milkshake tasted like petroleum or some kind of oil or fat. I took two sips to make sure, and then I had to thrash it. I did not even ask for a refund because I felt that was my last time eating there. DO NOT recommend anymore, sadly. Food was also not served at the table, despite the instructions. One positive was that it had a nice space, good music and tables were clean.
Very good burgers, fast services and a nice place to visit with the family.
Visited the midtown branch, had a masheoom burger with a shake. Food and shake were good but the customer service can be improved, staff did not care about the customers, slow service, dirty dining area. This was not during rush time. Disappointed.
