January 13th 2026. John and Juan are punctual, professional, and courteous. We had our propane tank changed out which included a full safety check. I recommend Sharp energy.
Juan reached out to us almost immediately after I called the after hours hot-line. He was the technician on duty for Jacksonville. He listened to the issue we were having and came up with a plan to correct it ASAP. The next morning he was at our house first thing to start working the issue and coordinated with dispatch for same day service. 5 stars! Fantastic customer service. Thank you Juan.
Juan Roman and Jamie answered our service call to check for a CO leak in our home. They were exceptionally thorough, and paid absolute attention to details, testing and rechecking all possible sources for the reason why our two-week old smoke/CO detector was alarming randomly, without any noticeable smoke or odor or other visible cause. They explained everything during the process. They found no leak. Then Jamie Googled causes for random alarms in CO detectors and found the likely suspect--high humidity in the space where the device was installed. Made sense given the AC was malfunctioning at the time. Juan and Jamie are top notch techs and nice people, too! Thank you both for an excellent job.
Juan was my Sharp Energy service tech today. He was excellent…… (professional, technically highly knowledgeable, and courteous), and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The work was properly completed within the scheduled duration, precisely with an attention to detail. All systems were fully tested upon completion. I couldn’t be happier with this gentleman’s service today…..and it was a pleasure having Juan in my home for this work. Because of my very favorable experience, I will continue to use Sharp Energy for all my gas service requirements. Thank you very much Juan.
David and Juan were such a great help in explaining the process and getting our tank filled quickly! Juan figured out our issues and fixed them in no time. They were both very polite and professional!
Juan Roman was our tech and he is amazing. He came out for a simple pilot light and found a few leaks we didn’t know about. He worked quickly to fix the issue and gave us a terrific recommendation for a service to affordably help with the line. He came back to check and was extremely informative on the maintenance and care of the tank. 10/10 recommend Juan as a wonderful service technician.

Today, I was having problems with my propane water heater. After calling Ty Rigney for advice, he worked with Barry Rainey to have a service tech, Michael to may home with in a few hours. Michael was friendly and while the issue was with the water heater, he was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you!
