I just wanted to comment on the great professionalism by John and Juan my service men. And talking about customer service, I met Andrea also at the office and she was awesome and very professional and accommodating. Ty was my contact and he made me go with Sharp because of his kind and professional attitude. What a team you have and you should be so proud of all of them. Mr. John Cowart was incredibly professional and knowledgeable with his work. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with with our gas leak and even explained and recommended cheaper alternative fixes to the problem. Very friendly and efficient!
Juan and Tommy were nice and professional. They were "can do" men that overcame a few obstacles and got the job done in a short time. They answered any questions and reviewed safety. Highly recommend.

Always a great day when you call on a business and the technician exceeds your expectations. I recently contacted Sharp Energy about a new service and John Cowart walked me through the appointment seamlessly and professionally. The process couldn’t have been easier.
We have had auto refill of our gas every six months for years.we had our son and daughter-in-law and newborn baby join us recently And found that we had doubled our consumption on the Sunday had no gas to take a hot shower cook. Contacted the service number david called us back was very kind and positive. He came with an a short while after the phone call and topped our tank. The service was great. He was very helpful. I can’t say enough good about Sharp’s responsiveness and service. I had 2 issues-not the fault of Sharp-that required their services in the past week ( one the fault of the plumber who installed a Rinnai water heater) and one was an issue with a spa heater. The customer service rep could have “scheduled” an appointment but she did not-she dispatched service technicians immediately to fix the problem both times. Juan, John and Mike showed up promptly and fixed the problem both times. Juan, Mike and John were professional, friendly and did not act like my problem was a bother to them (rare these days). Thank you to the entire Sharp team!
