Second day in a row I've gone there and there a been a vehicle parked in a no parking zone next to a handicapped stall, turns out its the assistant manager, after complaining to the manager and the owner, the assistant manager FINALLY moved it, and all three had attitudes. The carhop was actually proper.
THIS DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR. This sonic is absolutely terrible. The customer service was the worst customer service ever. Our carhop Girl named Ashanae was completely rude and disrespectful. Never smiled, and as she turned her back on us is when she finally said have a good night. As I was leaving, I tried to call, and both times I called no one answered. Most shittiest service I've ever experienced. Will NOT be returning. Don't even understand why this location is open. And all we ordered was a drink.
Service was fast and friendly. Had trouble with credit card reader. Server hurriedly fixed the problem with a smile and kind words. That is fantastic Service. Thank you.
Horrible Horrible service!!! It takes forever to get through the drive thru and they consistently mess the orders up. I would strongly suggest they send someone from corporate out to this location to refine both the service and food quality.
I really love the service but twice I’ve ordered Uber eats and they always get my order wrong. Both times I have not gotten my onion rings, no fries or Taylor tots either and those come with a meal? Very upset because I pay good money and dnt get what I pay for!
This location is straight up terrible. It is closest to were I live so I have tried going here several times and I am now just over it. The employees just don't care. Sonic has the button you press to place your order. The last time I was there I was one of two cars ... After ten minutes and pressing the button twice I just left. This is common experience. The food orders are generally incorrect and there is zero custmer device. I have no idea why sonic corporate allows this location to do business. Do NOT go to the State Ave. Sonic. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SONIC...AVOID THIS LOCATION!😣⚠🚫❌❗❗❗
They don’t wear hairnets or gloves I find a piece of hair in my cup of ice everytime I go there and the food runs right through you
Forgot about my order. I waited about an hour at the car hop and no one came to deliver my order. Employees sitting outside eating and not helping. Terrible service. DON'T waste your money here.
Would give 0 if I could. Waited in the stall for 30 minutes for a doordash after they told us the food would be outside soon. Finally pressed the button again and they said stalls are closed go through the drive thru.
Don't waste your time. Got told to order at the drive thru because they only had one car hop. I asked why only one person was working the car hop, and they asked if i wanted to apply. Ive gave this place several chances. You could drive to the sonic in bonner springs and back faster than youll get your food here. Worst sonic I've ever been to.
