This spot had a great energy. Everyone behind the counter seemed happy and actively spoke to and engaged with customers. The was killing time while my wife taught class nearby (we’re from out of town) and as indeed away an hour here, I was hit by how great the staff was. Big kudos to the crew!
Neil entire staff was so friendly, an absolute pleasure to deal with. And the drinks were just oh my goodness to die for!
I’ve never waited more than 20 min for an over priced coffee in my life and this will be the last time. This location has the longest wait times and more often than not they mess up my Carmel macchiato. Go to the one in target it’s way better.

Went to the long drive-through just for a large pumpkin latte ended up with God knows what so I went inside to return and they still couldn’t get my order right, they didn’t clean the mixer and I got pumpkin latte with some type of strawberry lemonade mix 🤢🤮 disgusting will not be going back to this location
My husband brought home iced coffee for us tonight, and I wanted to give a shout out to whoever was making the drinks! They were both perfect, and the kind notes on the cups were an extra touch. It's the little things, especially right now, and I wanted to say thank you for the perfect coffee😊.
I visited this location for a short meeting and was denied a cup of water by staff because, 'I didn't make a purchase.' Little does he know my wife is in the Starbucks on a weekly basis. I guess we can change that and move to a local chain that won't have a problem with a basic request, like a cup of water.

In my recent visit, despite understanding that the employees were busy, my order was overlooked entirely, requiring me to request an update from a staff member. Although she acknowledged the oversight and prioritized my order, the coffee I received was unsatisfactory—tasting old and burnt. After returning to place a new order, my second beverage was correctly made, but there were no apologies offered for the initial delay or the poor quality of the first cup. While I have always appreciated Starbucks, this particular location may require improvements in customer service to enhance the overall experience.
