Great customer service, very attentive with my personalized "matcha" drink order. They keep it clean and tidy in the inside. They get busy and tend to ignore the trash cans that are full esp on the outside right by the entrance door.
Super k garden or Highschool employee' synapse gaps, sorry to say. If you are asking me to tell you that there is a letter "T" on the buttom of the cup, then tell me that my starbucks cup is from another coffee place, not starbuck's proprietary, you are playing with business laws. I’ve visited this particular location twice this week since I was in the area due to work. This has got to be THE CLEANEST Starbucks I have been to!!! The staff seemed super friendly as they greeted all as they entered the store. On both of my visits, I witnessed the same young man training someone new which is very impressive (Speaks to consistency). I can’t emphasize enough when I say WOW 😮 what an AWESOME place to stop in for a break and I am so glad I did.
Getting an accurate mobile order at this location is a challenge. Avoid it. Go to the one on Blanding and 295.
Fantastic Staff! Always friendly and professional! They strive for excellence and if anyone leaves here unhappy, then it is just because they are having a bad day in general.
Love this location and the staff is the best. My hubby and I go here just to sit, drink coffee and unwind during the evening at least 1 or twice per week.
I find every time I go through the Starbucks at Oakleaf the Personnel is not friendly & acts like you are an inconvenience to them. Especially if you ask for a stopper or anything that they have to go out of their way for they catch attitude. The drinks are never consistent with the other Starbucks locations on how they’re being made, and God forbid you tell them it’s wrong and then here comes the rudeness and the nastiness with the attitudes. They have never said thank you or have a good day. I usually go to the one in Middleburg on Blanding or the one at I-295 & Blanding and You’re always treated with a smile and thank you regardless of how their day is going.
Went in today they told me to pull up to the stop sign via the drive-through saw three cars behind me in the drive-through get my two coffees before me. It’s a shame that I almost had to go inside from the drive-through just to get two coffees where the guy behind me got five faster than me. How’s that even possible?
The man who took my order was extremely unprofessional. But thank you to the girl named Rane for making my experience so much better!
The people there were extremely rude and nasty! My friends asked what drink they should get and I simply asked if they liked nuts because I don’t. The barista said “no no not funny no” thinking I made a joke I said “no no not like that”. Then the entire time I was there they gave me dirty looks and stares. Would not recommend!
