I love my morning coffee, staff is very courteous.
Normally I don't do reviews but this place deserves a review. Today is 3/8/2022. Time is 10 am. I drive through to order and the ladies there take the time to ask you for your name and see how the customers are. To me that was almost unheard of. I don't speak the Starbucks language with the names of everything but they worked through it. I get to the window and there is a British lady and she was vary professional and friendly. The employees there looked genuinely happy to be there and were having a good time. That was a good start to my morning. A little smile goes a long way. If any of yall see this, great job and have a great rest of your day!
I don’t come here very often but when I do I have an amazing experience because of Sam. Sam is an amazing person and Starbucks partner. She goes out of her way to make sure people have a good experience and she brings so much joy and life to this Starbucks location. She treats everyone with respect and kindness. Anytime I go to this location I look forward to seeing her. <3 <3 <3
Every time I come to location they are always nice and pleasant. Even if a mistake is made they will correct the issue. Very busy location but employees work hard to keep the orders going.
Sat inside 15+ minutes waiting for a drink to find out it was not made. Quickly made a drink that was not right. Waste of time and major differences in the way they treat different customers.
UPDATE: 9/20/2023 The staff is friendly and quick despite how busy the store always is. I love how they remember their regulars and always have their order ready. This has become my favorite Starbucks. ..... Lately, I feel like this Starbucks is closed more than it's open. That said, the drinks and service are excellent.
The staff here are kind and personable. They do their absolute best to get your order exactly as you order it and in a timely matter. I have had them call me by name when I walked through the door. This place can be very busy at times, but the staff keeps their cool even when some customers are less than kind. I wish people would remember, "IT'S JUST COFFEE PEOPLE!!!"
I absolutely love this Starbucks. The customer service is out of this world. If you’re having a bad day you’ll be smiling once you leave here. The food is always fresh and they have them most caring employees. Caresha is my favorite barista she remembers your order every time. I love my neighborhood Starbucks!

If you’re going to charge $7+ at least make sure your staff is fully trained on how to make good drinks and coffee. Caramel macchiatos are easy to make but you’d think it was rocket science here, they are bad 9/10 times. Get a machine to make it if you can’t be consistently good, please.
