The chairs here are god awful, pls put chairs with back rest. Some ppl don’t like to look like the letter C. Pls add couches into Starbucks. Thank you
Drive through experience is not very good, staff who took our order didn’t get our orders right, I guess she’s tired. Croissant is flat and cold, maybe it’s not fresh, we even requested for exchange but they just probably took it back and gave us the same thing, they didn’t even heated as requested. Driveway is very tight. The least so far from the other bucks I went through around our area. So disappointed.
I stopped by Starbucks on my birthday to grab my free drink and placed a mobile order while I was already in the drive-thru, fully expecting to wait. There was no one behind me, but the employee at the window (older gentleman with white hair) was noticeably rude and sounded very annoyed with me for placing the order that way. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and honestly put a damper on what was supposed to be a simple birthday treat. I understand being busy, but basic kindness and customer service go a long way.
Starbucks is one of my favorite places to relax or get some work done. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a coffee. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience is consistently enjoyable. The White Chocolate Mocha is the best! It's rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet—my go-to drink every time I visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious coffee treat.
Easily one of the best Starbucks in the city. I haven't been to them all but I go to a lot of them. This location seems like they move pretty fast. I'm a regular so I may be biased. I don't use the drive-thru so there is that. I do mobile orders and pick up. The clientele in the Starbucks is better than some as well and locks on the bathroom. You can't go wrong take it from an expert! Oh and they don't ruthlessly slam the ice drawer opened and closed like some places do. Some peeps have good hearing just sayin.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Tom and the team (Claire and Liz) are always kind, cheerful and caring. They suggest things to add to your drink and food, or things to try. They base it on what you normally order or the questions you ask. They are quick with preparing your order and always friendly! Thank you for being an important part of most of my mornings!
Today I stopped by this Starbucks location, and someone literally made my day. Kensi (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was literally so sweet. She didn't know this, but I was having a really rough day. She went above and beyond to show kindness, even complemented me, and I just want to thank her so much. You guys have an absolutely wonderful employ.
I stood at the counter waiting too long for someone to assist me and I never received it. The guy at the drive-thru asked what was wrong and then turned around and went back to the drive-thru taking orders. No one was called to help and no one tried. How can 6+ ppl stand around talking to each other, turn and look right at you and not say an word! Not a have you been helped, how my I help you, etc.. absolutely nothing!!! All I needed was my drink remade because it was made incorrectly. So with everything in me not to go off, I politely went to the cashier and requested a refund since no one wants to help me. She apologize and told all the staff what happened and gave me a gift card... Thanks to the cashier who acknowledge their wrong and tried to accommodate, which is the only reason for the 1 star and not 0 star, which isn't an option for anyway. Customer service is key for me and Starbucks dropped the ball on this one, at the argyle location...
Whenever I come here, the establishment is clean, the bathroom is spotless (and I love that), the service is excellent, they move quickly and are always friendly, I love the atmosphere because they have soft music at a moderate volume and you have a place to sit and read a book, if you want to write or just spend some quiet time, the atmosphere is great... personally, for me, it's relaxing to come, sit down and enjoy breakfast or a Frappuccino. Overall pretty good. There’s just few new staff on autopilot and they aren’t as personable. It feels more like “time to make the doughnuts” or in this case “time to make the coffees” and I miss the brief interactions & smiles that at least made me feel like I wasn’t just like the person in front of & the one behind me. I will say my order is always correct, if I order ahead, it’s always ready when I get there, and they have a great location with plenty of inside & outside seating space.
