My review is solely based on an interaction I had today, Jan 2, 2022 with Tyler at the pay window - terribly obnoxious and he behaved in a manner oriented toward pure disdain for public engagement. My past experience in customer service would describe this particular individual as someone who perceives themselves as elevated above service to others seemingly beyond repercussion or mentally checked-out wishing to be elsewhere. Tyler's model of disrespect was undeserving and I can imagine it would set someone's day off track - though I chose to leave a review, believing management may see this and address Tyler accordingly. No one deserves to be treated how he treats people. I love supporting Starbucks but will go elsewhere to avoid bad service and negativity.
The service is always prompt and polite. The drinks are always well made but they just can't seem to keep the foods that we prefer in stock. Update: Today, when we drove through we saw that they will be closing at 7pm.
I ordered a cookie crumble Frappuccino it tasted awful like water no flavor and I order them all the time but from a different location this was my 1st time here. So I pulled around from the drive through and went inside they're were 5 workers, no line no one else in the store yet I didn't receive not 1 acknowledgement no one said hello or I'll be right with you , finally after 7 minutes one of the worker's came over I told her what was wrong and asked to try the Carmel Frappuccino instead but even though the store was empty she told me I couldn't stand there that I had to wait at the end of the counter by the door. Bottom line the caramel was just as bad loose like water no taste I won't be back!
Went inside for two cake pops and a small hot tea and unfortunately wasn't ignored for majority of the time as the only customer inside. This is literally been the worst service I've ever received at a Starbucks. It took my husband coming inside and saying something before I was finally served completely horrible, the manager should be aware and speak to a staff about customer service because they seriously like it.
The staff was fine for the 45-130 seconds we communicated with them. Yes, that's how quick they made our drinks and that's NOT always a good thing. We literally just pulled out and I wanted to review ASAP. The drinks are just ok. I feel like I need to freeze them. The Collins location puts a little more effort, time, cookies and caramel/caramel crunch in our drinks. We get frappuccinos all the time and I'll drive the extra distance to Collins or try the one in Target. Maybe we'll try them again in the future.

I truly love Starbucks but I don’t understand what has been going on with the staff at this location. I been coming here for years and I am scared to order because you just don’t know what you will be getting. I order a pink drink and they gave me strawberry refresher. Then I asked for a toasted banana nut bread and I got it in the package it came on with the plastic wrap. The last straw was my order of a chia latte and the staff was correcting my order as if I never order it before. I rather head to target moving forward
They NEED to get it together here. Drive through is the slowest I’ve ever been in before. Even ordering on the app and walking in they just ignore you because their so busy. So your just standing there looking at your coffee behind the counter while they completely ignore everyone who is waiting for an online order. Then by the time you get it, it’s all melted or the ice is all melted. It’s most likely a management problem. Team members always seem to be hustling though.
Can't go wrong with Starbucks just delicious
When this place first opened it was great! The drinks where good, but more importantly the employees were awesome. They were always friendly, and quick to help. It seems like almost all of those employees don't work there anymore, and have been replaced by people that pretty much ignore you, except for the person that takes your order. They always seem annoyed and frustrated. They also usually put too much ice in their drinks now. If I wanted diluted coffee and bad customer service, I would go to Dunkin' Donuts. I pass 2 other Starbucks on my way to work. Guess I'll be going to one of those from now on.
