I’m really tired of the broken hours that this store has. They leave lights on but they are often closed randomly. Leadership of this store has to do a better job staffing. It’s busy non stop when open so it’s clear they are understaffed. Hire more people please and return to normal hours. Sadly I often have to walk into Target near this location to get drinks.
This is a great starbucka for the family type community. It is not very business meeting friendly. They have a large table that stretches the length of the counter and is not easy to sit at for a meeting. The lounge part in the front is aost always taken. The patio is great during cooler months. The staff is wonderful. They always smile and never seem grumpy.
I love this location. The morning crew always makes my morning EVERYTIME. They are always so friendly and greets EVERYONE with a smile and some by name. This location sets the expectation of how a staff should greet and treat customers, maybe even spoiled me lol. I visited another Starbucks on the southside and the experience was so horrible I had to tell them to cancel my order😫😩😞. Every Starbucks location should follow this locations customer service.
Since I've moved to this area, this Starbucks has been my go-to for my coffee before work in the morning. Yesterday morning, I was in a rush to get my coffee and head to work, and in my rush, I accidentally dropped my coffee outside and it wasn't salvageable. I went in, told them what happened and that I was really sorry to be so clumsy. They immediately made me another one (no charge) and assured that everything would be just fine and not to worry. They didn't have to give me another one but they were kind enough to understand. They even declined when I offered to help clean up because they knew I was in a rush to work. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced and I will always give them my business.
Customer service was pretty ok! The banana loaf I got wasn’t that fresh it was stale, and the cheese danish had some piece of parsley or basil on it!
I travel for work quite often and have visited dozens of Starbucks across the country. This location is my neighborhood Starbucks, and I often drive further to the next location for two different reasons....they consistently have the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced, they are often out of specific breakfast sandwiches, and for some reason this location never has bananas. The customer service is pretty good. They’re just slow and under stocked on a regular basis. They are not consistent with the Starbucks brand.
I love this Starbucks! I always feel so welcomed when I come to this location in the mornings. The morning staff always greets me by name and knows my order! I have never had a negative experience at this location! The staff that works here daily is what makes this location so awesome!
My order could not be filled so they offered an alternative item which I declined. They were not able to credit my Starbucks account, but gave me 2 $4 cards. I would prefer the credit. Just not a happy shopping experience today. The staff was cheerful & friendly, tho.
The opening staff at this location made my entire experience. They were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made recommendations, helped me navigate the app, and were quick and precise. Not the biggest Starbucks fan in general, but I'll definitely be coming back to this location specifically.
Drinks aren’t made correctly. Pretty disappointing considering the price. I only ordered a Frappuccino and a latte.
