I truly look forward to each experience I have at this Starbucks location! The entire team is always so friendly, personable, and quite honestly makes my entire day! Shout out to Stephanie for her AMAZING customer service! I will always drive past other locations just to see this team. They have a way of always making me feel so special.
I would give negative stars if I could. I was so excited for this location to open being that it's so convenient for my commute to work and back home. Unfortunately this place seems to still be experiencing growing pains as they adjust to being in business. The drinks are extremely hit or miss at best and the line is slow every single time I'm there. Usually the staff are very nice and personable but Dylan (pretty sure that's his name) who was working the drive thru window today ruined that. He was pretty standard at the ordering board but as soon as I got to the window (which took forever) he barely said a word. He looked at me, said nothing, continued to talk to his coworkers, asked what my order name was then borderline threw my drink at me and walked away from the window. I will NOT being returning to this location. I'd rather drive 10-15 minutes out of my way for consistently good coffee and good customer service. What a shame.
Worst Starbucks I ever been to it took them 25 minutes to make three drinks how slow are you it’s your only job there’s not alot of people all the employees need to try harder at there job taking way way too long in some drinks eating my time I should’ve never even gone worst Starbucks ever.
So happy to have a drive they Starbucks in the neighborhood. Staff is exceptional, service is fast and coffee is great. I cannot wait for the cooler months so I can enjoy them on their huge covered patio. Alexander is the best!!!
This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. It’s close to home and they have the nicest cafe! The baristas are as sweet as can be and always make me the best coffees.
I don’t understand how the drive thru at this Starbucks can be so slow. No matter when I try it the wait is impossibly long. It is unlike any I’ve been to before and seems to take forever to make drinks here.
One of the better Starbucks around. I go often and receive friendly and consistent service and coffee everytime of day, drive through or walk in. Nice work!
