Best Starbucks place. I used to go there before work Thurs, Fri, Sat and get my Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe, a refresher drink, and a Danish or a Sandwich Heated, bought through the mobile app 5 mins ahead of arrival.
I did 5 visits and all 5 have been the worst. Wrong orders long waits etc. Stay away from this one until they get new management/get their stuff together. Too much chaos to pay this much for a coffee. Try another sbucks nearby! Edit: Came by and backed out of the drive thru because they walked away from mic mid order and didn’t say anything. What is wrong with this Starbucks!!! Edit2: Came back after months. Order was wrong and a couple drinks a sandwhich were at the drive thru and not pickup Togo. So I asked the cashier hey the other half is behind you. She said “sir we place them down there please step aside” and kept repeating that until a gentleman that works there gave me my stuff from the drive thru. My mistake for coming here what did I expect. Messed up order, late and rude service. Yep they’re keeping true to their standards here.
The Starbucks has a great location and an amazing drive-thru that moves very quickly. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru the service is outstanding and the baristas and the drive-thru people knock it out of the park! The following assessment of their in-store service was done within the first 3 weeks of this Starbucks opening. I have not been back since, my hope is that it has improved. My hesitation with giving five stars to the atmosphere is when you go inside. At the other Saint Augustine Starbucks when you go inside you are greeted. Warmly and acknowledged. I've been in on multiple occasions to this one. Nobody said a word, no greeting, nothing. As a matter of fact the night baristas rarely even turned around. I could be standing at the register for over a minute before anyone even realized I was there. Once there was a recognition that someone was in line, it's Gold Star treatment! However, they seem to be more into whatever they're doing with their backs turned or their conversations over the headsets. To be fair, I did not say anything. I just walked up and stood there three different times. Three different evenings on various nights, intentionally not saying anything waiting for them to notice me. Maybe at this Starbucks they need you to walk up and say that you are there. The food was magnificent and the drinks were perfect! It's just lacking that warm, welcoming feeling that many Starbucks have.
Tommy was the best in the drive through! They made it very clear that the drink I was getting for a kid was non-caffeinated and when I ordered mine, made sure it was. Those tiny extra steps make the experience amazing so thank you!

This locations' drinks are much better than the others. I literally go completely out of my way to go to this store. It has the best outdoor seating area that I've seen at any Starbucks! Service is very friendly, and they've gotten my order right every time! If you're in the area check them out!!
This is my go-to neighborhood Starbucks, but lately I’ve seen a lot of staff turnover. Today I went and I ordered my regular Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte, Light Ice, and with Oatmilk. I usually put this through mobile order, but since it was a Sunday morning I assumed it wouldn’t be too busy. I assumed wrong. Line was super long and the girl taking my order has no hospitality and basic customer service mannerisms. I was confused when she placed my order because I don’t know how much simpler my order could be stated. Another barista had to ask me if my drink was hot or iced, and the girl at the drive through did not apologize for getting my order wrong. This review is coming from former Starbucks employee. Everyone else seems great, shout out to Noah!
Since I moved to NSB last July, I’ve been adopted by this Starbucks even though there is technically one closer to where I live. I go here every work day for my break and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces of the regular employees who quickly learned and remembered my name and my favorite drink and food items. Even the temporary staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s nice to open the door (or drive up to the drive through menu) and be greeted with a happy “hi, Holly!” They always take the time to make my drinks with care, and they always express their appreciation with my patience during busy hours. I work at the beachside Publix, so I understand the genuine thanks to patient customers. I will go out of my way to get my coffee here, and I highly recommend this particular Starbucks to everyone else.
The coffee lid spilled all over my car and my shirt because they did not “double cup” my coffee. The next day I went back and told them of the mess this caused and the manager very unapologetically stated that “corporate” told them to not double cup. This is not the first time I have had this problem but it was my last. I have spent time finding alternatives to Starbucks and it turns out there are many options. Another thing about going to these alternative coffee shops, they actually say thank you and don’t quietly demand tips. I have enjoyed Starbucks coffee for years but found much better service and coffee just as good at other places; and they actually say thank you when I tip.
The service was alright when this one girl took my order at the drive thru. But when we got to the drive thru window, this other girl just stood there and didn’t really greet us. She just stood there and looked at us, it was weird. But my drink was good at least
