I actively try to avoid this specific Starbucks because the line is ALWAYS wrapped around. I thought perhaps it might be simply an influx of customers. Well I came through at 6:30 this morning and only a singular car was at the window and was leaving the window when I arrived. There were no customers in the store. I ordered through the drive-thru two pastries, a water cup, and a grande ice coffee. When I got to the front I was never greeted at the window. I’ve worked in drive thru for many years so I know how the headsets work. There was a redhead girl that was going back and forth in front of the window, just chatting with her coworkers. The headset light was flickering, indicating she was conversing over the headset. Completely ignored me for a good 5 minutes at the window. Once again, there’s NO other customers at the store currently. Another 2 minutes rolls by, so at this point it’s been 7 minutes since I got to the window and haven’t been greeted, nobody even opened the window to acknowledge there was a customer there. Eventually another car orders and rolls behind me, also waiting. Finally a young girl opens the window, no greeting or anything just shoves the water I had also ordered at me. I told her I wanted to use my points for the two pastries and she said nothing to me, just scanned my app and gave me my food. I just looked on my bank account and she didn’t use my stars meaning I spent the full 15$ instead of the 5$ I originally thought I was spending since I was using my stars. I’ve come to the conclusion that the workers here are just garbage. And I put a lot of thought into this review before making it because I work in customer service, I’ve been in the food industry so I know how it can be. But the whole experience was trash and there was no REASON for it at all. I didn’t have any specially made drink. It was a basic iced cinnamon dolce latte and two pastries. This is exactly why people are getting resentful of food service workers demanding more money. How can you not do the bare basics of your job to begin with? I will remember why I don’t go to THIS specific Starbucks. So if you see a girl with red hair or a smaller girl with bunny teeth I wouldn’t expect much at all.
I would just like to commend the hiring manager at this location. Your employees have the best personalities! The goofball in me recognizes the goofball in you all! Not only is my espresso always perfect but I literally just laugh every time! Such a great way to start the day! Thank you all of you! ✌🏼💜🥷🍀☕️

I am a regular, tip-every-time customer at this location, and invariably order the same $6+ drink almost every day. This morning, the drink was prepared hot instead of cold - no big deal, so I thought. The response from staff when I advised the drink was incorrect was appalling. They immediately pushed back saying the incorrect drink was the one I ordered. Staff were sneering behind the counter, within earshot, about how I said x, not y, etc. With 15 years in customer service, the level of rudeness was... uncalled for. My drink also was not correctly prepared the 2d time. I took it anyways. Money better spent elsewhere, I'd say!
