Shout-out to Cassandra (@ the 13776 Old St. Augustine location) who answered my call and handled my emotional state extremely well and professionally without even having any idea of why I was crying or so upset. Her beautiful words comforted me and helped and encouraged me to keep going through my day. I received bad news last night (lost my brother) and was struggling to get motivated to carry on through the daily routine of life. I was overwhelmed by the simplest, kindest message a barista wrote on my cup on the fly (it said 'Good Morning' with a tiny sun drawn at the end). How very nice to be randomly thought of. The gesture meant so much as I attempt to work process this grief and I want that store to know just how much the kindness of a stranger meant to me.♡
The guy at the front was AWFUL… no greeting for some reason and when I mentioned it he was just even more aloof. I’m in customer service so I expect more I guess. Hurt my feelings … just be nice … smile … converse. The food was good tho.

We come here from time to time to study. The service has always been fast, and we have never had a bad coffee as of yet. If you want to go somewhere to help you focus a little, this is a great location.
I am extremely upset with my Starbucks experience today due to the manager of this location. My family and I met up at our local Starbucks to spend time with one another and make memories. However, shortly after ordering and sitting down together, we were all asked to leave due to my 7 month old baby LAUGHING too loud. Never in my life have I ever heard of someone being asked to leave because of a baby laughing too loud! Several people (including employees) made comments about how adorable my baby was. Not once did he scream or cry…but I guess his infectious laughter was too much for the manager of this location. I am so disappointed in how we were treated, and I hope that this does not happen to any other families entering this location.

I ordered a pistachio beverage and I ordered it with oat milk and it never comes with whip cream but this time it did. I asked for them to take it off and they poured out the top and gave me 3 inches of room. Not a beverage I want to pay for.
I have SEARCHED through like 10-15 starbucks in jacksonville to be my home starbucks.. this is it. the way they make their drinks is perfect! The coffees NEVER burnt, tastes delicious, customer service is tea! My mom and I drive 20 min from our home to get this specific starbucks 🥹🫶🏻
Made me the BEST EVER favorite custom drink any Starbucks has ever made me! I love the secluded back corner inside which is perfect for reading, studying, and has plenty of outlets for devices. As always the bathrooms are spotless. The store itself was VERY CLEAN, organized and well stocked. The staff was super friendly, and polite. I haven’t been inside this Starbucks as they recently opened, and I must say the layout is phenomenal. And unlike the one further down the street they have a drive thru! Check out my drink order, and give it a try! But only if you DONT use fake sugar or even Splenda. It’s a sugar rush and taste baby! Works best with the Venti (Large) size only. Smaller just turns into caramel, ice & a splash of latte. Crystal’s Custom Caramel Creation ™️ Okay it’s not really trade marked but it is my own creation! 1. Iced Caramel Latte 2.caramel drizzle covering the bottom of the cup 1st 3. caramel drizzle on the sides of the cup, 4. whip cream on top, 5. And what do you think went on top of the whip cream? You guessed it caramel drizzle on the whip cream. It’s a once every 4-6 weeks treat, so I’m not too terrible to my body LOL TRY IT!!
Walked into this location to pick up a mobile order. It was 10 mins after they opened, 2 people in the restaurant already served, working on their laptops. No one in the drive thru line. Not a single person acknowledged me, spoke to me, even looked my direction. I saw that my drive thru mobile order was sitting by the window (it was a tray of cranberry bliss bars). I attempted to get the attention of the 3 women working. None of them so much as looked up from the drinks/food they were making. I thought ok, I’ll go to the register, surely someone will come to assist me. Still nothing. Finally after several minutes of standing there, I spoke up. I said I am here for that mobile order right there. I know I marked it as drive thru pick up, but I came in to look at the cups and other items on the retail shelf. The woman grabbed the box and handed it to me and didn’t say a word. I walked out. On my way out, one of the men that was sitting there working on his laptop said wow that was awful service. I just nodded my head and left. For what they charge, you should be getting the most chipper, sticky sweet greeting when you walk in the door. You do at Dunkin… just saying.
