They do lose 1 star due to a previous issue. But Mikayla being as pleasant as she was today while I got my drink gave me a good feeling I think things waa addressed. Thanks Mikayla Chris
The customers and employees are pretty nice and polite very respectable. If I have any questions or my wife have any questions they always answer them. The store is very clean and then employees are always working doing everything I'm supposed to be doing as far as I can see as a customer.
My daughter and I are regulars here, we literally go everyday! Today was probably our last day there! Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 6:48 get there at 6:52 order not ready! 7:05 still not ready, mine you my daughter has to be at school at 7:15 so I had to ask for my money back! There was no I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we got gift cards handed to us and now it’s 7:10 and order not even started! At this point it had been over 30 minutes since we ordered online but people in the drive thru are steady getting their drinks! Over the past 6 months this store has seem to go down. The lobby is hardly open, online ordering is turned off on a regular, drinks have been incorrect and customer service is horrible!
Workers here need to be appreciated way more than they are at this location. Regional really needs to look in promoting there supervisors there. They also need to update there security cameras for the employee safety at closing based off of the area. All in all great stop for coffee regulars need to be nicer to the workers here.

Good food and service, quick turnaround on drinks (coffee). Seating options inside are a bit limited, not highly geared towards comfy, but it's still reasonably cozy. Music volume inside was a bit loud for having a meeting.
Usually pretty fast service, but my drink is wrong every time, no matter what I order. I wish they would take the time to slow down and get it right. The staff are friendly, but it's disappointing to pay $12 for an order and the pastry isn't even warm, etc. Today I ordered a flat white and it came back foamy, which isn't how it's supposed to be -- thus the name "flat."
Love this starbucks and love all the wonderful people who are working there. They always make my drink perfect. Iced quad with chocolate cold foam. If I knew how to spell your names, I would give credit. If i find out, I'll edit my review.
