Worst Starbucks I've ever been to... Took them like an hour to microwave a sandwich
Was rushed for an order with an employee with a sour look on her face..once got order and left...cup was half full, with no whip or Carmel sauce, as it ALWAYS have..when went back in for reorder, the WHOLE line in Starbucks looked at me, so OBVIOUSLY, I was discussed out loud on my way back..last but not least , she had a ANOTHER, sour look on her face!
Plenty of seating inside. Free Google Wi-Fi. Staffed to deal with busy downtown crowd, so the line moves quickly.

I asked for a cold matcha latte and they didn't stir or shake the drink, so I was drinking whole chunks of matcha. Didn't finish the drink.
I've gone to this Starbucks many times and I always ask myself why I go back. High staff turnover, they make my drink wrong the majority of the time, and they forget to make my drink and when I ask about it they give me an attitude.
This Starbucks location has wonderful staff and management to take care of you. Lovely experience!
