Good to know that Starbucks thrives in Kansas City
Went inside to pick up my mobile order. Found my entire order waiting for me. Everything was made correctly and the proper temperature. Will be back.
Drinks didn’t taste good definitely didn’t taste like Starbucks. The service we very poor the staff was not friendly at all.
What’s not to like? Great baristas, Starbucks standard offerings and a cute room. Be prepared for noise. It gets pretty loud. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for important meetings.
this drink was absolutely disgusting. it tasted like straight water i spent $7 for water basically. i asked to substitute peach juice which is very sweet and it tasted like there wasn’t any. this isn’t the first time this location waters my drinks down. im frustrated because i didn’t think to taste it before leaving the store so i got all the way home and was very disappointed that it tasted like water. Starbucks costs to much to be wasting drinks.
Was visiting the areas from out of town, enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and kind staff. Drink was made well and the manager Mal was so kind and friendly at the register, I can’t wait to come back to Kansas City again!
Hands down the worst beverages ever from a Starbucks. Brought drinks back to the group and everyone said the same thing... Didn't taste like anything anyone ever got from Starbucks. They were watered down and bitter. Not a "full Starbucks" either so don't waste your time for happy hour or other promos.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I went in there and I wasn’t sure what to order her because she’s four, and they made her a little strawberry drink and it was really sweet.
An okay experience - was lucky to visit during downtime early in the morning and drink and sandwich were prepared correctly and in a quick time. Nothing too different from other similar locations, but was nice that they had KC specific items. Staff was alright.
