Love this Starbucks. The people that make your coffee are soo wonderful. I've made friends over the years. The coffee is always good. Great place and atmosphere. Love the cafe mocha hot
Don't waste your time! You won't get your order for a long time. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time. I placed my order and then the only employee on duty took the order of the person behind us. And then the next order and the next after next. He was taking orders well after they closed. During this time he did not complete a single order, he just kept taking more orders. Nobody was getting their drinks! This went on long enough that people who had paid just left without their coffee. The lobby was jammed packed for of people who paid and were waiting. Although I got my drink after a long wait, I didn't get to enjoy it because I was then late for a show that I couldn't take outside beverages to. This was by far the worse experience I had at any establishment, ever. I will never return to this location and if I were management, I would recommend closing the location until they can hire and properly train quality staff for this location.
Update: below appears to have been growing pains. I recently moved away from the area but by the time I left I feel like the staff would go out of their way to say hello or ask how my drink was. Mel was especially great. Thanks Mel! Takes forever to get anything here. It’s never as easy as placing a mobile order, walking in, grabbing the drink and leaving. Not once have I been able to just grab and go. Drinks consistently takes 20-40 minutes to make. The folks are nice but honestly just rather deal with someone grumpy if it means I get a drink without having to camp in the lobby while I wait.
one of their long term employees always gets an attitude when they make your drink wrong. they jip you and give you 2/3s of your drink. the only thing they dont mess up is the food since all they have to do is heat it up. idk what starbucks is doing to them to make them so combative with customers. yes i know they will "fix" a drink if needed but when addressing it is met with a nasty attitude and they give you the same drink back why even bother. its only this location that ive come across this same issue with the same employee.
The staff is what makes the experience so positive! I typically stick to my usual order but sometimes I like to mix it up and the team always comes through with a tasty beverage suggestion, like the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Kristina makes it the best! They are always willing to help answer questions and it just makes my day to visit them to get my coffee.
This new Starbucks location is just a few blocks from the old location a couple of blocks away. Only open about 7 months, they have an awesome staff that is not only friendly, but also offer great service. The patio is wonderful on nice days. I love popping in during the work day to the cheerful workers and grabbing a coffee or treat!

The store and staff are just god awful. Between not make drinks properly to no one knowing how to "give a refund" or contact information. I was told today Sept 9th at approx 920 by someone claiming to be an assistant manager, that she was "no longer talking to me" because THEY messed up my order, the app gave inaccurate selections and I asked for 1. A refund and 2. Owner information since they are "not a corporate store". But had she taken a beat to HEAR me, my original complaint was not her. It BECAME her with her funky attitude. The entire store has the "oh well you get what you get." I have been there when they had to make several order twice because they were wrong. How wasteful!! Not only do they need training on making drinks but how to work with the upset public. And don't call corporate because they only give you a credit and claim to send the information. Yet this store still remains awful. I pray they close this store. It's awful!
