ALYSSA IS THE BEST WORKER HERE HANDS DOWN!! Me and her have truly built a friendship over the years, she brightens my day every time I come here!!! She deserves a raise plus some! The employees at this store are incomparable to any other Starbucks around! They remember my name and they are all so so nice!! ❤️
The beautiful baristas were very nice and gave me great advice with the fall oat drink. It was delicious and atmosphere was very welcoming. Look at that craft 😍. I will be back again
Wouldn’t recommend doing pick up orders from this location (or delivery orders) unless your picking it up yourself to make sure it is correctly made 😑 This is not my normal location go to when I pick up Starbucks, but I have ordered from this location a handful of times for my husband to pick up due to he works right there and I’m at home with a newborn. Every single time my coffee is made incorrectly (and it’s only this location that does it !) an online pickup order is very easy and written out so how can u mess it up right? Espresso shot - splash of oat milk- venti cup with extra cold foam and extra topping They always seem to fill the cup 90% with milk a thin layer of cold foam and forget the topping 😡 At this point it has become really annoying and I can’t understand how you can mess this up other than not paying attention to the order and laziness !!
I bought an 7$ coffee today and it was only half full. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I'm done with it. Tired of paying top dollar with a tip for crappy service just to get ripped off.
Absolutely the worst location and a massive amount of bigotry being administrated by the employees towards anyone who looks as if they may not have a home including college students! They were properly informed about receiving a review and called the JSO so that a person couldn't even purchase a coffee. They have no signs posted on any doors stating they have the right to refuse service and they refused to show any documentation stating otherwise.
I had a great experience the coffee and food was fresh my service was provided by a beautifully spirited young lady named michelle her energy was infectious from the moment I walked in the door was greeted with a smile and a well welcome the service was topnotch as long as she's working there I'll be back 😀
Today I went and bought some food for my grandma who's in the hospital theg complete forgot my food I ordered just more attention needed because I paid and didn't receive my food

Good service, the bathrooms were very clean, as was the entire place, which is cozy, by the way. The staff is very friendly, I'd say a little more so than at other locations, and I finally found a toilet that I've only seen here.
