Great service and friendly staff!
Had wonderful customer service. Warren was so friendly and engaging! He greeted everyone with a smile and made the atmosphere feel genuinely welcoming. He took the time to personalize my order and checked in to make sure everything was right.
One of the worst Starbucks in town, ordered chocolate cold coffee brew but what I got looks like cold late. Another time ordered mocha without whip cream.... barista adds cream then half way realized, vs making new coffee he scrapes it. Worst in town. Going to avoid it
3rd time messed up my order, very,very rude staff.. Over the past two months I've been in there 5 separate times and they were out of coffee could I wait 20 min. The staff seems better.

I visit and order from this location often and always have an all around pleasant experience! The staff is very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding.
Beware ! Worst customer service ever. Staff isn’t friendly . I sat at the drive thru for 7 mins this morning including 3 more cars behind me, before someone came and placed a paper on the window saying the drive thru was closed. No one didn’t come to the window to acknowledge me . If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Ordered grande nitro cold brew. Got served this. Do not go to this one. Try elsewhere. Handing this to a customer with a straight face is a sign of rot for company standards.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever entered. They don’t pay attention to the sticker on the cup to complete the drinks the proper way this would be the second time I have had my drink wrong. Then when I tell them that it is incorrect, or it is missing two of the items that I’ve paid for they get an attitude, I will never come here again! Where is my Mocha?
Staff are cheerful and wonderful for an early morning coffee! Highly recommend this spot.
