Most of the people working this location are great and very fast. The girl working on Monday 11/6 at 930 a.m making the fraps sucks!!! She was soooo slow and looked miserable. It was not even busy and I waited in lobby for one drink for 19 mins. That's crazy terrible!!
By far is the worst Starbucks Ever. This location drive thru service needs help. It is extremely slow. No matter the day/time. I have been to this location numerous times. Make sure you allow yourself enough time to sit in your car if you don’t go inside to order.
Waited in drivethru for 20 minutes….I backed up and left after ordering. I don’t NEED to be spending silly money on a silly drink. Sure, I would have enjoyed it….but I’ll take it as a sign. Now….go throw that Vanilla Bean Frap away!
Ordered a couple Frappucinos. The beverages were not up to par at first. Trish listened, understood, and made two perfect drinks. I'm impressed. Will always return for service and goodness at Starbucks!
I go to this Starbucks EVERY SINGLE MORNING & sometimes in the afternoon! There is a beautiful girl Isabelle(a) that serves me sometimes at the window & I love her so much! She makes my day every time I see her! Shes the most kind person there! Some of the lady’s that work there are just straight face no smiles and Isabelle(a) always meets you at the window with a big smile 😀 people like her are why the world is so good! 😊 she’s the only reason I continue to go to that Starbucks!

Tried a caramel iced something with crunch on top for the first time it was 🤤 delicious and a sandwich good thing I had a gift card because they are extremely expensive, those 2 items was like $14 gc was $15 but my person was very helpful and nice with helping choose something Also condiments like maybe mayo mustard works be great to offer with sandwiches
Great service!!! Warren have such a warm and bright attitude. We were a little confused about ordering and getting the stars points and he was very helpful and patient. He even explain the sizes in such a humorous and nice way. Keep the good job👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I did all 5 Stars because the manager Devin saved them tonight from me going 1 star and I believe the negativity from employees should not determine how a place is rated & operated versus how staff personalities and negativity will bring you down. Don’t let it bring you down. I’m smiling now after Devin got me my order with no issue and correct. The photo will explain the service I recieved this evening.
